Abstract: 본발명캡구동형역류방지밸브는배관에설치되어유체이동의방향으로개방되고유체이동의정지시 폐쇄되어역류방지를위한밀폐기능을나타내는캡구동형역류방지밸브에관한것으로, 유입구(1차측) 및유출구(2차측)가구비된본체, 상기본체내부에위치하며상단및 하단이개방되고개방된하단은상기유입구에결합되고상기유입구측의유체가상기유출구측으로통과하도록상기하단의측벽에유통개구부를갖는원통형의실린더, 상기실린더를덮는형상으로상단은폐쇄되고하단은개방된원통형상의구조로상기실린더가내부로삽입·수용되는내부공간을갖고, 상기폐쇄된상단의내측면에 1차측압력이작용하고외측면에 2차측압력이작용하여상기 1차측압력과상기 2차측압력의차압으로인해상기실린더의외측면을따라이동하면서상기실린더의유통개구부를개폐하는개폐캡및상기본체와상기개폐캡이접하는부위에설치되는밀폐실링부를포함하는것을기술적특징으로하여역류방지기능내지역류방지및 감압의기능을동시에수행할수 있는효과가있고, 호칭구경별규격화가가능하고, 유통개구부의개폐를위한개폐캡의왕복운동시에개폐캡의횡진동폭과내부마찰저항을상대적으로감소시키며, 내충격(Hammerless), 유량계측, 유수경보가가능한효과가있다.

Abstract: 본 고안은 세탁물을 건조시키는 건조공기에 포함된 유기용제를 회수하는 유기용제 회수기에 관한 것으로, 찬물을 순환시켜 공기의 온도를 낮추는 라디에이터를 이용하여 유기용제를 액화시켜 회수하는 냉수를 이용하는 유기용제 회수기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 공기를 유입시키는 유입관이 구비된 공기 유입공간을 형성하고, 상기 공기 유입공간의 바닥에 공기 선택판을 설치하여 공기의 흐름을 선택하게 하며, 상기 공기 선택판으로 선택된 공기는 회수공간과 바이패스공간으로 흐르게 하고, 바이패스공간에는 배출관을 설치하여 외부로 배출되게 하며, 회수공간에는 라디에이터를 설치하여 공기가 라디에이터를 통과하게 한 후 회수관을 통하여 건조기로 회수되게 하고, 상기 라디에이터에는 외부에는 차가운 물이 순환되게 함으로써 이루어지게 된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pipe bending machine is provided to simplify process, easily control angle, increase bending force and control bending speed by directly connecting a rotary hydraulic motor capable of controlling speed and rotation amount to a bending part for bending a pipe when bending the pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a pipe bending machine(1) in which a pipe(2) is supplied from a supply part(10) formed in such a way that the supply part supplies the pipe as guiding the pipe from fixing member(13) and supply roller(14) with cylinder and mandrel bar(12) being connected to each other, the pipe is supported by vise and cylinder(23b) on supporting table(23) in the state that the supplied pipe is rested on clamp die(22) formed at one side of rotation die(21) rotated, and the pipe is bent as the rotation die and the rotation table are being rotated by power of driving part(30) in the state that the pipe is clamped by cylinder(24b) and vise(24a) of rotation table(24), the pipe bending machine is characterized in that the driving part is formed by connecting speed reduction part(32) having different speed reduction ratio to a lower part of bending part(20) so that the rotation table and the rotation die are rotated, wherein the driving part is formed by directly connecting the speed reduction part to the lower part of the bending part in such a way that the speed reduction part is connected with rotational hydraulic motor(31) rotated by hydraulic pressure, and an angle control means is formed at one side of the rotational hydraulic motor to control bending angle of the pipe.
