Abstract: A system and a method for advertising an Internet site linked to a keyword by using keyword cooperation among member companies are provided to exchange the keyword among member companies based on the keyword cooperation by registering the keyword and a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) corresponding to the keyword from the member company. An AD request manager stores the keyword/URL received from a member company terminal(3) to a keyword database, and generates/transmits ActiveX(5), which includes a keyword/URL list and automatically connects a browser to the URL if the keyword inputted from a user terminal(4) is found in a list, to the user terminal. A cooperation request receiver receives a keyword cooperation request including the keyword of a second member company from a first member company. A cooperation request mediator extracts the second member company from the keyword cooperation request and transfers the keyword cooperation request to the second member company. A cooperation approval receiver receives the keyword/URL registered by the second member company. A keyword exchanger adds the keyword/URL received from the first member company to the keyword database of the second member company and adds the keyword/URL received from the second member company to the keyword database of the first member company.
