Abstract: A refrigerator is provided to minimize loss of airflow in supplying cool air to a storage chamber by decreasing airflow bypassing between a flange part of a bellmouth and a blower fan, and to prevent noise due to freezing of defrosting water by forming a gap between the flange part of the bellmouth and the blower fan. A refrigerator includes a storage chamber loading food, and a blower part circulating and supplying cool air from an evaporator to the storage chamber. The blower part has a blower fan(4) circulating and supplying cool air from the evaporator to the storage chamber, a motor(8) driving the blower fan, and a bellmouth(6) inserted between the motor and the blower fan. The blower fan is a centrifugal fan, and centrifugally discharges cool air axially flowing from the motor. Various blades(5) are arranged in the blower fan, and the motor is installed in a rear wall of the storage chamber. The blower fan is connected to a motor shaft(11) to circulate and supply cool air of the storage chamber by operating the blower fan. The bellmouth has a guide part(13) guiding cool air from the evaporator to the blower fan, plural cool air inlets(7) flowing cool air, and a flange part(12) bent from the guide part. The gap between the flange part and the blower fan is 3 Π0.5 mm.
