Abstract: An indoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to disperse external impact applied to an indoor heat exchanger to an inner surface of a casing evenly by a dispersion plate, thereby preventing deformation of the casing. An indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a dispersion plate(20) having a predetermined area and mounted between an inner surface of a casing(10) and an upper end of an indoor heat exchanger(11). The dispersion plate disperses external impact transmitted to the indoor heat exchanger via the inner surface of the casing, which is in contact with the dispersion plate, not to be concentrated thereon. The dispersion plate has a central dispersion part(21) in contact with an inner central surface of the casing, a pair of side dispersion parts(22) extended from both ends of the central dispersion part forward in contact with inner side surfaces of the casing, and a fixing part(23) protruded forward to fix an upper end of the indoor heat exchanger.

Abstract: 본 고안은 공기조화기의 냉매분배기에 관한 것으로, 본 고안의 냉매분배기는 유입구와 복수개의 분배구를 구비하며 내부에 유로가 형성된 몸체, 분배구에 결합되어 몸체 내부로 유입된 냉매가 토출 안내되는 복수개의 분배관, 유입구로 냉매를 안내하는 유입관을 구비하고, 몸체의 내부중의 분배구의 내측에는 각각의 분배관의 삽입폭의 크기가 동일하게 되도록 하는 삽입폭 유지수단이 마련된다. 이 삽입폭 유지수단은 각각의 분배구의 유로중 내부 일측에서 소정각도로 유로가 절곡 형성되어 유로의 절곡부분에 삽입된 분배관이 지지되도록 된 것이다.
이러한 본 고안의 공기조화기의 냉매분배기는 동질의 절삭물로 형성하고, 유로의 분기점에 돌기부를 형성하여 이 돌기부가 유로의 중앙부와 일체로 되도록 형성하고, 또한 각각의 분기유로가 경사지게 형성하여 삽입된 분배관의 삽입길이가 동일하게 이루어 지도록 함으로써 압력손실을 저감시키고, 각각의 분배관 마다 분배되어 토출되는 냉매의 유량을 동일하게 함으로써 냉동사이클을 안정화시키고, 열교환기내의 온도불균형을 방지한다. 더욱이 각각의 분배관의 냉매분배기로의 삽입이 용이하게 이루어짐으로써 공기조화기의 조립 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
