임피던스 매칭 조건을 고려한 무선 전력 전송 시스템 및 무선전력 전송 방법을 개시한다. 무선 전력 전송 시스템의 소스 디바이스는, 직류 전압을 교류 전압으로 변환하여 충전 전력을 생성하는 전력 변환부; 마그네틱 커플링을 통해 상기 충전 전력을 타겟 디바이스에 전송하는 소스 공진기; 및 상기 소스 공진기와 상기 타겟 디바이스 사이의 임피던스 매칭을 수행하는 매칭 네트워크를 포함한다.

공진 전력 전송 시스템의 전력 변환기 및 공진 전력 전송 장치가 제공된다. 공진 전력 전송 시스템의 전력 변환기는, 일정 레벨의 DC 전압을 수신하는 입력단과, 공진주파수와 동일한 주파수를 갖는 제1 스위칭 펄스 신호를 이용하여 상기 일정 레벨의 DC 전압을 AC 신호로 변환하는 제1 전력 변환부와, 상기 제1 스위칭 펄스 신호와 반대의 위상을 갖는 제2 스위칭 펄스 신호를 이용하여 상기 일정 레벨의 DC 전압을 AC 신호로 변환하는 제2 전력 변환부와, 상기 제1 전력 변환부에서 출력되는 AC 신호의 홀수차 고조파(Odd harmonic)를 제거하고, 홀수차 고조파가 제거된 AC 신호를 소스 공진기로 제공하는 제1 Short 회로 및 상기 제2 전력 변환부에서 출력되는 AC 신호의 홀수차 고조파를 제거하고, 홀수차 고조파가 제거된 AC 전력을 소스 공진기로 제공하는 제2 Short 회로를 포함한다.

지연 고정 루프를 이용한 능동형 정류기 및 능동형 정류기를 포함하는 무선전력 수신 장치가 제공된다. 일 측면에 따른 지연 고정 루프를 이용한 능동형 정류기는 AC 신호의 위상이 양인 구간에서 입력되는 전압을 축적하는 제1 루프 및 AC 신호의 위상이 음인 구간에서 입력되는 전압을 축적하는 제2 루프를 포함하고, 제1 루프 및 제2 루프 각각은 스위치의 지연으로 인한 역전류 누설(reverse current leakage)을 지연 고정 루프를 이용해서 보상한다.
