Abstract: PURPOSE: A wet electrophotographic printer is provided to prevent developing unit and ink from being contaminated by toner, while preventing image offset and improving quality of color image. CONSTITUTION: A wet electrophotographic printer comprises a photosensitive belt(110) having a non-image region charged by a main charger and an image region where a latent electrostatic image is formed by a laser scanning unit; a developing unit for developing the latent electrostatic image into a toner image through the use of ink mixed with a toner of a predetermined color; a drying unit for drying the developed image; and a transfer roller for transferring the dried image onto a printing paper. The developing unit includes a developer roller(141) spaced apart from the photosensitive belt, and which forms toner images by attaching toner to the image region; a toner removing roller(142) spaced apart from the photosensitive belt, and which removes toner from the liquid carrier of the non-image region; and a squeegee roller(143) arranged to contact the photosensitive belt, and which squeezes out the liquid carrier from the toner image.
