The present invention relates to a wireless power transmission device that includes a pad part for wireless power transmission; a resonator which is arranged inside the pad part and transmits charge power to a wireless power reception device; a ground surface part which is arranged on an outer side of the pad part to have a predetermined gap with a certain height from the resonator; and a plurality of plate parts which is arranged between the resonator and the ground surface part. Between the plate parts, slot parts are formed with a certain interval.

The wireless power receiver of the present invention comprises; a power receiving unit which receives the wireless power from the wireless power transmitter; a rectification unit which rectifies the wireless power of an alternating current type outputted from the wireless power receiver as a direct current type and outputs the rectified power; and a power control unit which receives the rectified power and outputs first power having a first voltage of a value lower than the rectified power during a first period and outputs second power having a second voltage of the rectified power during a second period and outputs power having a predetermined voltage value. PURPOSE: A power transmission method and apparatus thereof are provided to effectively offer power to a power reception apparatus by solving power supply problems. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(18) senses load conversion states which is more than the threshold value set by a voltage and current measurement unit. The control unit transmits power for communication using a resonant signal generation unit. The control unit gradually increases transmission power values until a subscription request for multiple wireless transmission networks is received from a power reception target in a restriction time. When the subscription request is not received until the restriction time, the control unit stops the power transmission for the power reception target.
