슬림화 및 컴팩트화 할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 이미지 반전을 방지할 수 있도록 된 구조의 배면 투사형 프로젝터이 개시되어 있다. 이 개시된 배면 투사형 프로젝터는, 광을 주사하여 화상을 생성하는 음극선관과; 상기 음극선관에서 생성된 화상을 확대투사시키는 투사렌즈유니트와; 확대 투사된 화상이 맺히는 스크린과; 상기 투사렌즈유니트와 상기 스크린 사이에 배치되어 확대 투사되는 광의 진행 경로를 바꾸어주는 반사광학계;를 포함하며, 상기 음극선관의 래스터 방향과 상기 스크린에 맺히는 화상의 방향이 서로 평행하거나 실질상 평행에 가깝도록, 상기 음극선관과 상기 반사광학계가 배열된 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A projection optical system, a projection television and a method for fabricating lenses of the projection optical system are provided to increase transmissivity of desired colors by forming a color filter coating layer, to thereby improve color purity. CONSTITUTION: A projection optical system(30) is constructed such that a plurality of lenses(31,33,36,37) are arranged to project a plurality of color beams on a screen. A color filter coating layer(35) that absorbs at least one of the plurality of color beams is formed on the surface of at least one of the plurality of lenses. The color filter coating layer is formed of a UV hardening resin or a thermal-hardening resin.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an aspherical hybrid lens is provided to allow an aspherical hybrid lens having a precisely aspherical surface to be manufactured in a simplified manner without performing an additional adhesion step to thus prevent contamination due to use of an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an aspherical hybrid lens(11) comprises: preparing a spheric lens(13) and seating the same on a support frame(10); stacking a polymeric material layer for forming an aspherical lens(15) on the spheric lens(13); and placing a compression mold having an aspherical surface and pressurizing the same and forming the aspherical hybrid lens(11).

PURPOSE: A projection screen having a lenticular screen is provided to prevent users to feel pain or unpleasant when users watch TV for a long time by providing a filler in the lenticular screen to form a surface of the lenticular screen in an embossment shape. CONSTITUTION: A projection screen(300) includes a Fresnel lens(310) and a lenticular lens(320). The Fresnel lens(310) guides light radiated from light projection units into the lenticular lens(320). The light focused on the lenticular lens(320) is converted into an image with uniform brightness and a wide viewing angle. The lenticular lens(320) has a light incident surface(322), a light absorbing surface(324), a light dispersing plate(326), and a light emitting surface(328). The light incident surface(322) is aligned in opposition to the Fresnel lens(310) so that light is transmitted from the light incident surface(322) to the Fresnel lens(310).

PURPOSE: A thinner composition for RRC and EBR processes is provided to conduct EBR process without tailing on edge part of a photoresist and to improve process stability and increase yield. CONSTITUTION: A thinner composition for RRC and EBR processes comprises 40-90 parts by weight of an alkyl lactate, 5-30 parts by weight of cyclohexanone, and 1-30 parts by weight of alkyl acetate. The alkyl substituent of the alkyl acetate is C1-5 nonether-based alkyl group. The composition additionally comprises a silicon-based surfactant. The alkyl substituent of the alkyl acetate is a methyl group, ethyl group, or propyl group. The thinner composition for EBR process comprises 40-90 parts by weight of an alkyl lactate, 5-30 parts by weight of the cyclohexanone, and 1-30 parts by weight of the alkyl acetate. The alkyl substituent of the alkyl acetate is C1-5 nonether-based alkyl group.

실리콘 고분자 및 포토레지스트 제거용 조성물, 이를 이용한 막 제거 방법 및 패턴 형성 방법에서, 수산화 제4암모늄, 설폭사이드 화합물, 디알킬렌글리콜알킬에테르 및 물을 포함하는 조성물을 실리콘 고분자막 및 포토레지스트막에 적용하여 제거한다. 하부막의 손상을 방지하고 파티클을 발생시키지 않으면서 하드 마스크막으로 사용되는 실리콘 고분자막 및 포토레지스트막을 인-시튜로 제거할 수 있다.

A composition for removing a silicon polymer and a photoresist is provided to effectively remove both a silicon polymer-containing hard mask layer and a photoresist pattern without forming etching residues. A composition for removing a silicon polymer and a photoresist comprises 0.1-2wt% of quaternary ammonium hydroxide, 5-30wt% of a sulfoxide compound, 50-84.9wt% of dialkyleneglycolalkylether, and 5-30wt% of water. A method for removing layers includes the steps of: preparing the composition; and applying the composition onto a silicon polymer layer(130) and a photoresist layer(140), and removing the silicon polymer layer and the photoresist layer in situ at 20-60 °C.

A space is formed between the light guides and on a bottom surface of the external-light interrupting members, in which the space is filled with air. The light guide is formed in such a manner that a surface area of the emitting surface is larger than that of an incident surface.
