Abstract:
PURPOSE: A session transfer method in a converged IP messaging system is provided to supply transparent session transfer between devices using a temporary storage method. CONSTITUTION: A session to be transferred is selected from a list of device A-2 and device A-1(325). Device A-2 requests session transfer to a call server. The call server receives the session transfer request. The call server performs a temporary storing operation(330). The call server generates a separate session with which a session history and temporary storage data necessary for session transfer are transferred to device A-2(335).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for a request and response of an instant message disposition notification in a converged-IP messaging service and a system thereof are provided to request an IMDN by enabling a client to set up a response restriction time and allow a reception client not to IMDN response when the response restriction time elapses. CONSTITUTION: An IMDN request for which a response restriction time is received from a calling client(901), and a particular header included in the IMDN request is confirmed. A reception client to which the IMDN request is delivered is confirmed(903). The IMDN request for which the response restriction time is set up is transmitted to the reception client(905). If the cancellation request for the IMDN request is received before the response restriction time passes, the IMDN response is not transmitted to the calling client(907,909).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling a session for interworking in a converged internet protocol messaging service and system thereof are provided to control a session for interworking between a converged IP messaging service and a non-converged IP messaging service. CONSTITUTION: An IWF(Interworking Function)(140) delivers a converted non-CPM(Converged IP Message) message to a corresponding non-CPM server(160), which in turn delivers the converted non-CPM message to a receiving non-CPM client(111). The non-CPM client delivers a response message to the IWF via the non-CPM server, in response to the non-CPM message received from the non-CPM server. The IWF converts the response message, received via the non-CPM server, into a message suitable for the CPM message format and delivers the converted response message to an ISF(Interworking Selection Function)(130). The ISF delivers the converted response message to the CPM server. A CPM server(120) initiates a session for allowed media types with an IWF and then sends an OK message, a response message to the session initiation message, to a sending CPM client(110). Subsequently, the CPM client initiates a session for sending/receiving of the allowed media types with the CPM server.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and method for requesting disposition notification of IM message for each of contents are provided to request as to the processing notification of IM message for content. CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal generates an IM message including the information designating a report to be received for each content, and transmits the generated IM message. When the IM message is received(500), the receiving terminal generates the corresponding report according to the contents confirmation result based on the designated information(505,510,520,525). The receiving terminal transmits the generated report to the transmission report(530).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mobile terminal for minimizing effects owing to parasitic resonance is provided to minimize performance deterioration due to parasitic resonance caused by elements installed around an antenna. CONSTITUTION: A main PCB(121) is mounted inside a main body. An antenna unit is mounted inside the main body to electrically connect to the main PCB. The elements are installed on the main PCB. One or more stubs(131) are long formed around the elements. The stub shifts a parasitic resonance frequency generated in the elements.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A session integration method and a system for the same are provided to integrate different SIP sessions between different SIP entities in SIP session based service environment. CONSTITUTION: A first entity or a third entity decides whether a message type is an invite message or not through header information included in a refer message(303). The first entity or the third entity decides whether dialog information included in the header information is dialog information involved to the first entity or the third entity or not(307). The first entity or the third entity generates a re-invite message(311). The first entity or the third entity transmits the re-invite message to a target address included in the header information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system and a method for routing a message upon interworking in a CPM service are provided to improve QoS by shortening a processing time of a message and a path through which a message is transferred to a receiving-side client from a transmission-side client. CONSTITUTION: A CPM server(120) judges whether or not interworking is necessary for a received message. If the interworking is necessary, the CPM server judges whether or not mapping information between a receiving address and an interworking server(140) is stored. If the mapping information is stored, the message is transferred. The interworking server converts the format of the message, and the converted message is transferred to a receiver.
Abstract:
A converged IP message service providing system for interworking with a non-converged IP message service and a method thereof are provided to expand the coverage of a service. An XDM(XML Document Management) server(130) manages the presence information of one or more callees. An interworking server(140) changes the format of a converged IP message into a message format corresponding to a non-converged IP message, and then transmits the changed non-converged IP message to the callees. A converged IP messaging server(120) requests the preference information of the callees from the XDM server, determines the non-converged IP messaging service in which the interworking will be performed, and then transmits a converged IP message to the interworking server.
Abstract:
A method and a system for sharing processing state information of a receiving message in an integrated messaging service are provided to associate a reporting operation of a receiving side client terminal with a message processing state information sharing operation, thereby preventing waste of battery and network resources of the client terminals. A transmitting side client terminal(210) transmits a message to client terminals(250) designated as receiving sides. The client terminals are registered by the same user address. If a report request is included in the message, an integrated messaging server transmits the message to the client terminals. The integrated messaging server receives a report message from one client terminal. State information included in the report message is transmitted and shared to other client terminals.
Abstract:
A method and a system for establishing a session for message communication between a CPM(Converged IP(Internet Protocol) Message) client and an SMS(Short Message Service) client are provided to establish a session for interactive message communication between a CPM client and an SMS client. If a request to execute interactive message communication with an SM(Short Message) client is inputted, a CPM client transmits an SIP INVITE message to a CPM server in order to establish a session to execute interactive message communication with the SM client(501). The CPM server confirms whether the receiver of the SIP INVITE message does not use a CPM service. If so, the CPM server transmits the SIP INVITE message to an IWF(Interworking Function)(503). The IWF checks subscriber information corresponding to the receiving client of the SIP INVITE message. If it is confirmed that the receiver is only an SMS user who doesn't use any other messaging services, the IWF converts the SIP INVITE message into an SMS-SUBMIT message and transmits it to an SM server(505). The SM server converts the SMS-SUBMIT message into an SMS-DELIVER message and transmits it to the SM client(507). In response to the SMS-DELIVER message, the SM transmits an SMS-DELIVERY-REPORT message to the SM server(509). The SM server transmits the SMS-DELIVERY-REPORT message to the IWF(511).
