PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a poly(alkylene carbonate) is provide to control an amount of ether combination monomers by controlling a pressure of carbon dioxide and a ratio of two catalysts consisting of a highly active catalyst and a couble metal cyanide catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a poly(alkylene carbonate) comprises a step of manufacturing poly(alyklen carbonate) containing ether combination monomers by copolymerizing an epoxide compound and carbon dioxide by using a mixture of couble metal cyanide and a complex compound in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, M is cobalt(III) or chrome(III), A is oxygen or sulfur atom, Q is diradical connecting two nitrogen atoms, X' is oxygen, sulfur or N-R, n is an integer which is a total number of proton groups plus one, where the proton groups are comprised of R^1 to R^10 and Q. PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of poly(alkylene carbonate) is provided to manufacture poly(alkylene carbonate) of which molecular weight and shape of polymer chain are accurate controlled by putting a compound comprising a hydroxyl group, containing phosphorous component as a molecular weight controlling agent into a carbon dioxide/epoxide copolymerization catalytic reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of poly(alkylene carbonate) comprises a step of alternately copolymerizing one or more epoxide compounds and carbon dioxide under the presence of a compound in chemical formula 5, by using a complex compound in chemical formula 1. The one or more epoxide compounds are selected from C2-C20 alkylene oxides, which is substituted or unsubstituted by halogen, C1-C20 alkyloxy, C6-C20 arloxy or C6-C20 ar C1-C20 alkyloxy, C4-C20 cycloalkylene oxides which is substituted or unsubstituted by halogen, C1-C20 alkyloxy, C6-C20 arloxy or C6-C20 ar C1-C20 alkyloxy, and C8-C20 styrene oxides which is substituted or unsubstituted by halogen, C1-C20 alkyloxy, C6-C20 arloxy or C6-C20 ar C1-C20 alkyloxy.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate for preparing by polymerizing epoxide compound and carbon dioxide is provided to reduce initial induction time and to improve activation. CONSTITUTION: A complex compound has a structure of chemical formula 1, 2, or 4. A polycarbonate is prepared by polymerizing epoxide compound and carbon dioxide using the complex compound. The epoxide compound is halogen, or alkoxy-substituted or non-substituted alkylene oxide of 2-20 carbon atoms; halogen or alkoxy-substituted or non-substituted cycloalkene oxide of 4-20 carbon atoms; and halogen, alkoxy, or alkyl-substituted or non-substituted styearene oxide of 8-20 carbon atoms.

본 발명은 오늄 염을 포함하는 착화합물을 촉매로 사용하여 에폭사이드와 이산화탄소를 공중합하여 폴리카보네이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서 공중합체로부터 촉매를 분리 회수하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 공중합체와 촉매가 용해되어 있는 용액을 이 용액에 용해되지 않는 고체상의 무기 물질, 고분자 물질 또는 이의 혼합물과 접촉시켜 상기 고체상의 무기 물질 또는 고분자 물질과 촉매의 복합체를 형성시킴으로써 공중합체를 분리하는 단계; 및 상기 고체상의 무기 물질 또는 고분자 물질을 용해시킬 수 없는 매질 속에서, 상기 고체상의 무기 물질 또는 고분자 물질과 촉매의 복합체를 산, 비반응성 음이온의 금속 염 또는 이들의 혼합물로 처리하여 촉매가 상기 매질로부터 용해되어 나오게 함으로써 촉매를 분리 회수하는 단계에 의하여 공중합체와 촉매가 용해되어 있는 용액으로부터 촉매를 분리 회수할 수 있다.

A method for preparing polycarbonate from carbon dioxide and epoxide by using a complex having two components in one molecule is provided to realize high polymerization activity under a high monomer/catalyst ratio, thereby reducing the amount of catalyst, to provide a high-molecular weight polycarbonate, and to improve the polymerization conversion. A method for preparing polycarbonate comprises a step of copolymerizing carbon oxide and an epoxy compound selected from the group consisting of halogen- or alkoxy-substituted or non-substituted C2-C20 alkylene oxide, halogen- or alkoxy-substituted or non-substituted C4-C20 cycloalkene oxide, and halogen- or alkoxy-substituted or non-substituted C8-C20 styrene oxide, by using a complex containing at least one selected from the functional groups represented by the following formulae 1-3 and a central metal atom having a Lewis acid group.
