Abstract: PURPOSE: A panel type drywall system of a building is provided to reduce time for installing walls by integrating a runner member, a stud member, and a plaster board into a panel form to be configured as a prefabricated wall. CONSTITUTION: A panel type drywall system of a building includes a runner member (21), a stud member (23), and a finishing material (25). The runner members adhere to the upper and the lower part of a panel (20) for a dry wall respectively. The stud members are vertically installed with a constant interval from each other in between the upper and the lower part runner member. The finishing member is composed of a plaster board, and comprised of two layers to be attached to the stud member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A floor construction method for a prefabricated structure is provided to keep floor materials from moving by bolting the floor materials to floor beams and to prevent gaps between the floor materials by placing mortar in the junctions between the floor materials. CONSTITUTION: A floor construction method for a prefabricated structure is as follows. A plurality of steel beams(200) are installed on the bottom of a prefabricated structure. A plurality of stud bolts(300) are fixed to the top of the steel beams. Precast concrete slabs(100) are settled on the upper side of the steel beams so that the stud bolts protruding from the steel beams pass through bolt holes(111) formed in the precast concrete slab, wherein one end(A) of a precast concrete slab and the other end(B) of adjacent precast concrete slab are placed on the top of a steel beam. Nuts(400) are coupled to the top of the stud bolts exposed through the bolt holes. Mortar is placed in the junction between the precast concrete slabs.
