    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bioactive peptide self-assembled gel-type scaffold and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a gel-type scaffold in which bioactive peptide is self-assembled to differentiate a mesenchymal stem cell into a bone tissue and to a method for manufacturing the scaffold. The scaffold according to the present invention can be coated on the surface of various medical devices like an implant, and can be applied by being mixed with a particulate bone grafting material to improve the therapeutic effect of an existing medical device not only in dental field, but also for repairing bone tissues of a tumor patient, and even in an orthopedic and plastic surgical field to have an effect of maximizing tissue regeneration.
