Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cell of metal-supported solid-oxide fuel cell is provided to secure a gas permeation route, and to be able to form a continuous and elaborate solid electrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method a cell of metal-supported solid-oxide fuel cell including a metal-support body (11), a micropore metal layer (14), an anode layer (16), a solid electrolyte layer (17) and a cathode layer (18) comprises a step of forming multiple holes (11a) on the metal support body or filling metal powder paste (12) in the holes of the metal support body, laminating a green sheet comprising the micropore metal layer, and sintering and combining the laminated body under the inert atmosphere. The metal powder paste or the green sheet comprising the micropore metal layer are made of the same material to the metal support body.
