Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lithium carbonate is provided to extract lithium carbonate from salty water which contains low concentration of lithium by carbonizing salty water in which lithium is concentrated in a specific range. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of lithium carbonate comprises the following steps: providing salty water which impurity is removed(s10); concentrating lithium in the salty water by vacuum evaporating the salty water(s20); carbonizing the salty water(s30); and washing carbonate crystal(s40). A manufacturing method of lithium carbonate additionally includes a step of filtering and drying the washed lithium carbonate. Magnesium, sulfate ion, boron, and calcium are removed from the salty water. In the lithium concentration step, the vacuum evaporation is accomplished by multi-stages.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of low salinity-high mineral salt using a nano-filtration membrane system is provided to control the content of minerals in concentrate discharged from the nano-filtration membrane system. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of low salinity-high mineral salt comprises the following steps: removing impurities from salt water(S11); filtering the pre-processed salt water using a nano-filtration membrane system, to obtain filtrate and concentrate(S21); measuring the salt content of the concentrate; calculating the flow amount for re-circulating by the measured salt content(S51); controlling a supplying valve by the calculated flow amount; and obtaining the salt by evaporating the concentrate.

본 발명에 따라 방식능을 갖는 6가크롬이 다량 함유된 폐수를 냉각수로 재활용하여 특수강 제조공정에서 설비의 부식을 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 오존을 이용한 수처리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 정수장에서 전오존처리와 후오존처리를 병행하는 오존을 수처리방법에 있어서, 상기 후오존처리 공정의 오존접촉조에 발생되는 배오존을 포집하고 압축하여 전오존 접촉조에 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 수처리방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 처리방법에 의하면 후오존 접촉조에서 발생하는 배오존을 전오존 접촉조에 투입함으로써 오존발생 설비비를 줄이고 배오존을 처리하기 위한 이차적인 설비가 필요 없게 되어 상대적으로 적은 비용으로 오존처리를 적용할 수 있으며, 더욱이 추가적인 물리적 및 화학적 배오존 파괴설비가 필요 없어 경제적인 방법으로 정수처리를 할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for removing calcium and chloride in wastewater by passing wastewater through absorption tower packed with peat, metallic oxide or organic clay is provided. CONSTITUTION: Catalyst for adsorbing chloride is metallic oxide or organic clay and catalyst for adsorbing calcium is peat or organic clay. The peat is treated with acid and the metallic oxide is selected from Goethite and aluminium oxide. Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent excessive rainwater runoff into stream and reuse rainwater, rainwater is collected and then neutralized in rainwater container by slag. After neutralization, the rainwater is filtrated while passing through filter media. In the end, purified rainwater is introduced into aquifer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) the neutralization of rainwater in the first water collecting tank(10) packed with slag(12); (ii) the removal of turbidity by passing neutralized rainwater through the filter medium of a filtration equipment(20) by operating the first pump(22) which is controlled by the signal of the first water level measuring instrument(13); (iii) the storage of filtrated water into the second water collecting tank(30) and the drainage of filtrated water by opening a valve(34) of a drainage pipe(33) which is controlled by the second water level measuring instrument(31). The slag has the average diameter of 10-20mm and is packed to a depth of 1m from the bottom of the first water collection tank.
