Abstract:
PURPOSE: A replacing panel for a construction material using a giant thatch and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to replace insufficient timber resources by providing a panel with excellent sound absorption, insulation, and lightness performance. CONSTITUTION: A replacing panel for a construction material using a giant thatch is produced by applying heat and pressure to the adhering object of a giant thatch particle and a timber particle through an adhesive. The size of the giant thatch particle or timber particle is 40 mesh or greater. The adhesive is made of a powdered phenol resin adhesive or water soluble phenol resin adhesive and is mixed at the ratio of 7-15 weight% with respect to the overall weight of a replacing panel.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fire retardant resin for the impregnation of timber is provided to produce a timber which accords with the fire retardancy performance criteria while saving a temperature and humidity adjusting function and the scent of the natural timber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fire retardant resin comprises: a step that transfers a dried timber to a vacuum chamber(S1); a step that injects the resin for the impregnation of timber maintaining a vacuum state depressurizing the vacuum chamber(S2); a step that impregnates the resin in the timber by applying certain pressure to the vacuum chamber filled with the resin for the impregnation of a timber(S3); and a step that dries a resin impregnated timber(S4). The dried timber has the water content within 15%. The resin for the impregnation of timber includes water, water soluble fire retardant material and water soluble glycol class. the water soluble fire retardant material is one or more of the fire retardant material among guanidine system, boric acid group and phosphoric acid group fire retardant material. The resin for the impregnation of timber has 10-70 parts by weight of the water soluble fire retardant material and 1-10 parts by weight of ethylenglycol toward 100 parts by weight of water. The resin for the impregnation of timber has 5-25 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, 5-45 parts by weight of poly phosphoric ammonium and 1-3 parts by weight of ethyleneglycol toward 100 parts by weight of water as the water soluble fire retardant material. The applied pressure in the vacuum chamber maintains over 15 kilogram per square centimeter. The contents impregnated in the timber by the impregnation step is over 40 kilogram per square meter. The drying step dries the timber in the low temperature below 100 degree C.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A re-utilizing method of wasted plywood is provided to exposes a cross section to outside by cutting the wasted plywood in a vertical direction in a state a plurality of wasted plywood is stacked. CONSTITUTION: An edge which is damaged or worn in wasted plywood consisting of a flat board shape is cut(S10). Adhesive is spread in the upper side or lower side of the wasted plywood. A plurality of wasted plywood in which the adhesive is spread is laminated to the upward and downward(S30). The wasted plywood is adhered by pressurizing to the upward and downward with a cold press processing mode(S40). A vertical direction of the laminating direction of the wasted plywood is perpendicularly cut and bimetal laminated materials are manufactured(S50). The bimetal laminated materials has a form in which cross sections of a plurality of wasted plywood is consecutively interlinked. The cross section of the bimetal laminated materials is exposed to outside.
