Abstract: The present invention relates to a urinary incontinence preventing device for males, wherein a simple structure provides wearing convenience, and a urethral canal pressurizing state can be easily adjusted, so that urinary incontinence can be prevented. Moreover, the urinary incontinence preventing device is not uncomfortable when worn and is not visually exposed to other people so that privacy is not compromised and a user can have confidence in daily life. The urinary incontinence preventing device comprises: a tool body which has an opening part formed in one side and an accommodating space formed in the center thereof in order to accommodate the penis; a base which is coupled with the opening part in order to be able to be attached and detached by means of a coupling means; and a preventing tool which is formed in the center of the base in order to prevent urinary incontinence by pressing the urethral canal of the penis. The preventing tool comprises: an adjusting tool which is coupled with a screw hole formed in the center of the base; an ascending plate which is coupled with the top end of the adjusting tool in order to ascend and descend in the accommodating space by means of the adjusting tool; and a pressurizing body which is installed in the center on the top surface of the ascending plate in order to pressurize the urethral canal of the penis.
