Abstract: PURPOSE: A door hinge equipped with a speed controller is provided to reduce installation costs and maintenance/repair costs and to function as a door closer without change of the diameter and length of a door hinge housing. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge equipped with a speed controller comprises a speed control shaft(20), a speed control pin(30), an overflow unit(40), a top cover(50), and a velocity controller. A groove is formed on one end of the speed control shaft to be coupled with the torsion spring. A protrusion is formed on the other end of the shaft. The speed control pin transfers working fluid through the speed control groove in the rotation of the speed control shaft. The overflow unit is placed on the upper portion of the speed control shaft. The overflow unit transfers the working fluid vertically. The top cover is fixed on the upper part of the overflow unit. The velocity controller is sealed with the top cover.
