Abstract:
PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active ingredient, an extract of mycelium of Phellinus linteus and a fraction thereof is provided. The composition has nerve cell protecting activity and has no toxicity and is thus effectively used as a therapeutic or treating agent for neurodegenerative diseases such as cerebral apoplexy, dementia, etc. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a methanol extract of mycelium of Phellinus linteus, or an EtOAc fraction or a n-hexane fraction thereof having nerve cell protecting activity. It is formulated into a pharmaceutically acceptable formulation with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. For an example, 5kg of mycelium of Phellinus linteus is added with 4ml MeOH, followed by sonication, filtration and concentration under reduced pressure to produce 365g of an extract. Thereafter, the extract is suspended in distilled water, followed by fractionation with n-hexane, EtOAc, n-BuOH and concentration under reduced pressure to produce a n-hexane fraction(49g), an EtOAc fraction(34g), a n-BuOH fraction(100g) and a H2O fraction(182g).

PURPOSE: A process for preparing heath tea containing Cordyceps militaris by freeze-drying mycelia and fruit bodies of Cordyceps militaris and grinding them is provided. Whereby, the tea product is excellent in its taste and flavor and color. CONSTITUTION: Liquid mushroom spawn of Cordyceps militaris is inoculated into and cultured in a medium obtained by sterilizing unpolished rice and pupa at 121deg.C for 30min under high pressure to produce mycelia and fruit bodies of Cordyceps militaris, which are freeze-dried, ground and mixed with one of a medium composition for cultivating Paecilomyces Japonica, Cordyceps bassiana, Cordyceps pruinosa and Phellinus linteus.

본 발명은 풍뎅이동충하초 자실체의 대량생산방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 풍뎅이동충하초 균주를 탄소원, 질소원 및 물을 함유하는 배양액에서 배양하여 잡균의 오염없이 활력이 우수한 액체종균을 제조하는 뛰어난 효과가 있고 상기 제조한 액체종균을 곡립과 누에번데기 가루를 함유하는 배지에서 배지의 표면에 자실체가 완전히 덮히도록 생육시켜 풍뎅이동충하초를 대량으로 생산하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for seed culture of Cordyceps sp. strains using a liquid medium consisting of dextrose, yeast extract, peptone and sterilized solution for the mass production of its fruit body. CONSTITUTION: The fruit body of Cordyceps sp. strains is mass-produced by culturing Cordyceps sp. strains in a solid medium consisting of 10-80gm of dextrin, 2-20gm yeast extract, 2-2gm of peptone, 10-20gm of agar and 1000mL of distilled water in an incubator of 22-30 deg.C for 4-8 days; manufacturing an inoculant medium consisting of 10-80gm of dextrin, 2-20gm of yeast extract, 2-20gm of peptone and 1000mL of distilled water; inserting the inoculant medium into an inoculation apparatus; inoculating the cultured Cordyceps sp. strains thereto then culturing inoculants at 22-30 deg.C for 4-8days; manufacturing a liquid medium for the seed culture consisting of 10-80gm of dextrose, 2-20gm of yeast extract, 2-20gm of peptone, 0.1-1.0%(w/v) of endoplasmic reticulum and 1000mL of distilled water; inoculating the cultured inoculants to the liquid medium then culturing the medium at 22-28 deg.C for 5-12 days with flowing sterilized air with 0.1-1.0 vvm; inoculating the cultured seeds to a medium, which is manufactured by mixing and sterilizing brown rice and a cocoon in a 1000mL semi transparent plastic container, then culturing them for 10-15 days; then culturing them for 15-18 days more with maintaining the temperature of 20 deg.C, the humidity of 80-90%, the brightness of 500-1000 Lux.

PURPOSE: A method for cultivating a Cordyceps fruit body is provided to select for massively cultivating excellent fungi from Cordyceps fruit bodies at low costs, to prevent the invasion of various bacteria and to cultivate liquid-typed fungi. CONSTITUTION: Cordyceps fungi are cultured in a flat plate and expanded for preparing liquid-typed fungi. A grain culture medium is mixed with pupas in a ratio of 16:1, and put in a culture medium cultivating container with water for sterilizing the culture medium at 121deg.C for 30 minutes. The liquid-typed fungi are inoculated on the surface of the culture medium evenly. The temperature is kept at 24deg.C in having taken root of the fungi, and at 20deg.C in forming fruit bodies.

본 발명은 보리를 필수성분으로 하여 상황버섯 균이 배지의 밑 부분까지 완전히 배양될 수 있는 배지를 조성하고, 이런 배지에서 배양된 상황버섯 균사체를 일정한 모양으로 성형하여 상품화할 수 있도록 하는 상황버섯 재배방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상황버섯 균사체의 원균을 평판 배양시키고 확대 배양시켜 상황버섯종균을 준비하는 단계와; 상황버섯 균사체 배양배지용 곡류를 물과 함께 배지배양용기에 넣고, 이를 고온고압 살균솥에 넣어 멸균시켜서 상황버섯 균사체의 배양배지를 준비하는 단계 및; 상기 배양배지에 상기 종균을 접종시키는 단계를 거쳐 배양 완료된 상황버섯 균사체가 함유된 배지를 1∼2cm의 두께로 절단하여 2차 배양하거나 0.5∼1cm의 크기로 분쇄한 후 성형틀에 넣고 2차 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상황버섯 재배방법이 제공된다.
