Abstract:
An apparatus and a method of wastewater treatment are provided to remove organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorous, particulate matters, etc. in wastewater more effectively by combining an advanced wastewater treatment process with sludge flotation and concentration using micro-bubbles generated in the upward direction by a diffuser, thereby maintaining a high concentration of activated sludge and reducing a solid/liquid separation time of the sludge at the same time. An apparatus of biological wastewater treatment through solid/liquid separation comprises: a pre-denitrifying tank(11) into which raw water flows through a raw water inflow line(18); an intermittent aeration tank(12) into which raw water passing through the pre-denitrifying tank flows; a flotation solid/liquid separator(13) into which an activated sludge mixed solution discharged from the intermittent aeration tank flows to separate treated water and activated sludge from the activated sludge mixed solution; a sludge dispersing inflow unit(17) through which the activated sludge mixed solution flows into the solid/liquid separator; a treated water discharge line(21) which is positioned above the diffuser on a lower part of the solid/liquid separator, and through which the treated water in the activated sludge mixed solution is discharged; a diffuser(31) for generating micro-bubbles in the upward direction to perform solid/liquid separation and concentration of a solid mixed solution comprising activated sludge of the flotation solid/liquid separator in the upward direction; a floating sludge discharge guide(16) through which floated high concentration activated sludge is discharged to a sludge storage tank(15) along an inclined face; a sludge return line(20) along which the high concentration activated sludge of the sludge storage tank is returned to the pre-denitrifying tank; and a treated water storage tank(14) for storing treated water discharged from the flotation solid/liquid separator and intermittently injecting the treated water into a position on the flotation solid/liquid separator lower than that of the diffuser on the flotation solid/liquid separator through a treated water circulating line(22).

PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment system and a method thereof using a phosphorus filter tub and a membrane separation device are provided to enable smooth phosphorus release from anaerobic tank and remove most of the phosphorus included in the inflow water by solving the dentirfyed microorganism which can be generated in the denitrifier and organic competition of phosphorus storage microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater treatment system include a pre-denitrification tub(10), an anaerobic tank(20), a phosphorus filtering tub(30), a first intermittently aerating tank(40) and a second intermittently aerating tank(50). The pre-denitrification tub denitratifies the nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen including within the wastewater and return sludge. The anaerobic tank release the phosphorus within inflow water by being supplied with a inflow water from the pre-denitrification tub. The phosphorus filter tub collects phosphorus which is released from the anaerobic tank by being including in the end part of the anaerobic tank. The first intermittently aerating tank and the second intermittently aerating tank are successively included in the backend the phosphorus filtering tub. The sedimentation type membrane separation apparatus is included within the second intermittently aerating tank. The sludge emitting the phosphorus within the anaerobic tank and the effluent which the phosphorus is accumulated are provided to the filtering tub and has a media which absorbs and collects phosphorus within the phosphorus filtering tub.

PURPOSE: A biological sewage processing device including a continuous reaction bath and a sewage processing method using the same are provided to increase processing efficiency of biological nitrogen and phosphorous. CONSTITUTION: A biological sewage processing device including a continuous reaction bath includes a reactor bath(1), a mixer(2), a diffuser(3), a sewage inflow part(4), a control part(6), and a reaction bath water level sensor(7). The mixer is equipped inside the reaction bath. The diffuser is formed on the bottom of the reaction bath. The sewage inflow part is connected to a side of ht reaction bath. A treated water drawing part is connected to the bottom of the reaction bath.
