Abstract: To provide an apparatus for properly treating recyclable components contained in dredging sediment, and a dredging sediment treatment method for separating aggregate components such as sand and gravel contained in dredging sediment and chemically stabilizing and separating earth and sand components containing residual large amount of contaminants for recycle. The apparatus for treating dredging sediment comprises a hydrocyclone(106) for classifiyng components contained in the dredging sediment by grain size and specific gravity to discharge aggregate components having large grain and high specific gravity to outside and transfer earth and sand components having small grain and low specific gravity to a succeeding treatment facility; a coagulation/sedimentation tank(108) for injecting coagulants into the solution containing the earth and sand components of small grain and low specific gravity transported from the hydrocyclone unit to discharge the earth and sand components precipitated by coagulation and contaminants contained in the earth and sand components to outside and transfer a supernatant liquid to a succeeding treatment facility; and a flotation tank(112) for injecting pressurized water into the supernatant liquid transferred from the coagulation/sedimentation tank to return suspended solids to the coagulation/sedimentation tank or a pipe from which the supernatant liquid is transferred from the coagulation/sedimentation tank so that the suspended solids are retreated and discharge materials that are not suspended to outside.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a stream water purification apparatus using non-woven fabric filter module that has higher porosity and larger specific surface area than conventional one to increase treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a contact oxidation zone(2) with contact filter media(4) made of non-woven fabric therein and a sludge port(2a) at a lower portion thereof for discharging sludge therethrough, a bubble generator installed at a side surface of the contact oxidation zone(2), a settling zone(8) provided at a side of the contact oxidation zone(2) for settling remained contaminant contained in outflow of the contact oxidation zone(2), an air lifter(9) installed at a portion of the contact oxidation zone for discharging sludge in the contact oxidation zone and the settling zone out to a sludge discharging pipe.

Abstract: 본 발명은 잘부스러지는 분말왕겨활성탄을 단단하게 만들어 반영구적으로 사용하기 위한 입상황성탄을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 탄화공정, 탄화왕겨에 점결제를 주입하여 성형시켜서 재탄화하여 단단하게 만드는 공정, 그리고 알칼리제에 의한 약품 활성화 공정 및 세정, 건조공정으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 탄화왕겨에 녹말풀 또는 포도당 공정의 폐당밀을 각각 무게비로 탄화왕겨 1:1~3, 1:0.05~0.3으로 혼합 후 압축성형하여 압축된 탄화왕겨를 재탄화시킴으로서 단단하고 굳게한 재탄화된 왕격탄을 다시 약품활성화 공정을 행하여 강도 95% 이상의 매우 단단한 입상왕겨 활성탄을 제조하였으며 활성탄의 성능평가지수인 요드흡착능(Iodine NO, ㎎/g)과 비표면적(Specigic Surface, ㎡/g)은 1,000이상으로 기존국내에서 시판되는 활성탄보다 다소 우수한 성능 평가지수를 갖는 입상왕겨 활성탄을 제조하였다.
