Abstract: PURPOSE: An ultra corrosion-high strength duplex stainless steel for casting containing tungsten is provided to improve fluidity of alloy molten metal and effects of desulfurization and deoxidation during alloy casting, thereby enabling manufacturing of a cast-iron product in a complicated form by optimizing Si content and increasing a tolerance limit of Mn content of a Fe-25Cr-7Ni-1.5Mo-3W alloy. CONSTITUTION: The ultra corrosion-high strength duplex stainless steel for casting containing tungsten comprises 24.0 to 27.0 wt.% of Cr, 6.5 to 7.5 wt.% of Ni, 1.0 to 2.0 wt.% of Mo, 2.0 to 4.0 wt.% of W, 0.2 to 0.35 wt.% of N, up to 0.03 wt.% of C, up to 0.02 wt.% of P, up to 0.004 wt.% of S and a balance of Fe by optimizing a content ratio of Mo to W as 1:2, wherein the content of Mn is limited up to 1.5 wt.%, and the content of Si is limited to 0.7 to 1.1 wt.%.
