Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water quality analyzing apparatus and a water quality analyzing method using the same. A sample mixing apparatus comprising an analyzed sample tank which stores a sample to be analyzed; a diluted solution tank which stores a diluted solution; an analytical reagent tank which stores an analytical reagent; a mixing pipe where the sample to be analyzed, the diluted solution, and the analytical reagent are injected respectively from the analyzed sample tank, the diluted solution tank, and the analytical reagent tank, and are mixed; and a deaerator which removes bubbles inside a mixed solution flowing in after being mixed in the mixing pipe. Provided in the present invention are the sample mixing apparatus, a sample mixing method, and a water quality analyzing apparatus and a water quality analyzing method using the same.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for measuring E.coli using chromogenic assay is provided to quickly analyze E.coli and to enhance availability of analysis result. CONSTITUTION: A method for automatically measuring E.coli is performed by adding a substrate of chromogenic assay in a water sample and measuring sample color. The sample is concentrated and culture medium dissolved oxygen is controlled by injecting air in order for shortening analysis time. A method for concentrating the sample comprises a step of inputting sample and filtering E.coli and E.coli group; a step of removing E.coli and E.coli group from a filter by blowing filter; a step of mounting overflow pipe in a filter tank and analyzing the amount of the sample.

본 발명은 수중에 존재하는 화학적산소요구량을 다른 실험기구나 도구를 사용하지 않고, 간이로 간편하게 분석할 수 있는 분석방법에 관한 것이다. 우리나라 수질오염공정시험방법의 분석법을 기초로 연구하여 약품을 적정하게 조합하고 분석절차를 간단히 한 것이다. 약품은 1개의 혼합분말로 제조하며 밀폐용기에 담아 놓고 분석하고자 하는 물을 일정량 주입한 후 흔들어 반응시키며 소정시간 후에 색의 변화로 각 농도를 판정하는 방법이다.

PURPOSE: A method for removing nitrogen and phosphorous by using surfactant and ultrafiltration is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that a cationic surfactant is fed to a wastewater containing nitrogen and phosphorus so that nitrogen and phosphorus are coagulated into a micelle, wherein the size of the micelle is controlled to be appropriate for ultrafiltration.

PURPOSE: A reagent for inspecting pseudo gasoline and an inspecting method using the reagent are provided to easily discriminate whether or not a sample taken from an oil station or a travelling vehicle is real oil or imitation oil. CONSTITUTION: An inspecting method using the reagent for inspecting pseudo gasoline is characterized by mixing main oxidizing agent oxidizing gasoline and developing color, auxiliary oxidizing agent oxidizing gasoline and dissolving main oxidizing agent and catalyst accelerating the oxidation of gasoline, comparing and observing change of color of the reagent, measuring absorptivity and transmissivity using a spectrometer, manufacturing reagent of a tape column type by permeating the reagent into porous ceramic, porous glass or glass fiber, soaking the reagent into gasoline and observing change of color of the reagent.
