Abstract: A method and an apparatus for molding an aerogel powder using plasma surface treatment are provided to easily form a molding into various three-dimensional shapes, and substantially reduce molding time, thereby molding the aerogel powder more promptly and simply. A method for molding an aerogel powder using plasma surface treatment comprises: a step(S10) of injecting an aerogel powder between a high frequency electrode and a stirrer within a chamber; a step(S20) of injecting reaction gas into the chamber through a gas inlet after vacuum-exhausting the inside of the chamber using a vacuum pump; a step(S30) of applying a plasma power source to the high frequency electrode to generate a high density plasma between the high frequency electrode and stirrer; and a step(S40) of rotating the stirrer to double a surface reaction of the aerogel by the high density plasma.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for transforming an extruding-hole is provided to form constant pitch on the external side of a product continuously and repeatedly. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transforming an extruding-hole comprises a container(100), extruding mold(200), and platen(300). The apparatus pressurizes an extrusion material that is located in the center of an extrusion mold by using a main stem(130). A moving unit is placed on both sides of a front die. The moving unit is equipped with a punch. A sliding hole is formed on both sides of the front die. The punch is transferred through the sliding hole. A driving unit is installed at the edge of the punch to transfer the punch. A sliding unit is placed on one side of the platen.

Abstract: A changing apparatus of a mold for forging is provided to perform a replacement operation of the mold in an easy and simple manner and prevent damage of the mold or safety accident of an operator by mechanizing and automating a series of processes of demounting the mold from a bolster to replace a mold and mounting other mold on the bolster. A changing apparatus of a mold for forging comprises: a post(P) which is installed in front of a forging press, and on which the supporting frame is mounted; a tilting and lifting unit for vertically sliding the lifting frame formed on the center of the supporting frame by rotating a lifting lead screw and rotating the tilting frame axially connected to the lifting frame by the sliding operation; and replacement equipment for clamping a mold in the forging press through a finger installed on a front end of the arm and mounting the mold on a top part of the tilting frame to transfer the mold in all directions and rotate the mold. The tilting and lifting unit includes a supporting frame(10), a lifting frame(20), a lifting lead screw, a lifting servo motor(M), a tilting frame(30), a roller, and lead-in holes. The replacement equipment comprises: a lower frame transfer unit including a first connecting frame, a lower frame(40), a first lead screw, and a first servo motor(M1); an upper frame transfer unit including a second connecting frame, an upper frame(50), a second lead screw, and a second servo motor(M2); an arm transfer unit including a rotary frame(60), an arm(70), a third lead screw, a third servo motor(M3), and a clamping unit; and an arm rotating unit including a connecting housing(80), a rotary shaft, an inner wheel gear, a fourth servo motor(M4), and a power transmission unit.

Abstract: 본 고안은 단조소재 가열장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하나의 유도가열로에서 다양한 치수의 단조소재를 범용적으로 가열하여 고품질의 단조제품을 생산할 수 있는 주파수 변환형 고효율 단조소재 가열장치에 관한 것이다.
이에 따라, 본 고안에서는 고주파 유도가열에 의하여 단조소재를 가열하는 것에 있어서, 약400∼550㎐에서 900∼1300㎐의 고주파 전류를 발진하는 전원부와; 이러한 전원부로부터 인가되는 400~550㎐ 또는 900~1300㎐의 고주파 전류를 통해 장입된 단조소재를 가열시키는 각각의 제1,2유도가열로와; 제1,2유도가열로의 전후방에 각각 설치되어 단조소재를 제1,2유도가열로에 장입 및 인출시키는 장입장치 및 인출장치를 구비하여 다양한 치수와 형상을 갖는 단조소재를 보다 효과적으로 가열시키도록 하였다.
따라서 본 고안은 수정진동자에서 발진된 주파수로부터 인버터부를 통해 변환된 500㎐와 1200㎐의 주파수를 단조소재의 크기의 변화에 따라 선택 적용시켜 고품질의 단조소재를 가열할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있으며, 다품종 소량생산 열간단조 공장에서 매우 경제적으로 적용 할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있는 것이다.-

Abstract: The sealing apparatus for use in an extruder simplifies the conventional complexed structure. The modified structure enhances the sealing efficiency as inner pressure of the container causes an extrusion deformation of a metal seal(Be-Cu alloy) to increase. It is characterized in that a channel shaped metal seal(z') having a pair of protrudent lips is installed between a ram(1) and a antainer; the lips being in contact with the walls of the ram and the container. The length and thickness of the protrudent lips of the metal seal(3) is determined by considering the maximum pressure within the container(2) and the elongation ratio of the metal seal(3) when designing it.
