Abstract:
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A multilayered non-woven fabric comprising kapok fiber non-woven fabrics is provided to ensure excellent sound absorption. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered non-woven fabric(10) for a sound absorbing material comprises an intermediate layer(11,11') formed of kapok fiber non-woven fabrics; an outer layer(12,12') formed of other material adhered on both sides of the intermediate layer. The non-woven fabric is adhered with kapok fibers by binder resin or binary system thermoplastic composite fibers. The binder resin includes water dispersion polyurethane, water dispersion acryl, water dispersion polycarbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxy methyl cellulose, copolymer thereof, blend thereof.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: Biodegradable multifilament false twist yarns with bulky structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and uses thereof for medical treatment are provided to improve functional effects of the yarns for medical treatment by partially adding bulkiness of 150 - 1000% on the false twist yarns. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of biodegradable multifilament false twist yarns comprises the following steps: manufacturing multi-filament yarns by spinning biodegradable polymers; continuously false-twisting the multi-filament; adding bulky structure by extending or elongating the multi-filament false twist yarns; braiding or additionally twisting the multi-filament false twist yarns to improve shape stability of the yarns.
