본 발명은 엑스선 감응원사, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 이용한 위조방지용품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 엑스선 감응원사는 용융복합방사에 의한 외부심부형 복합섬유의 전체 비중을 1 이상으로 충족시키고, 상기 외부섬유 성분을 친수성 고분자 수지로 이루어지도록 설계된 외부심부형 복합섬유에, 엑스선 흡수물질이 함유된 것이다. 본 발명의 엑스선 감응원사는 외부심부형 복합섬유의 특정설계에 따라, 초지 공정 시 가라앉아 지료에 첨가되는 엑스선 감응원사의 함유율을 높이고, 상기 외부심부형 복합섬유 중 외부섬유의 높은 수분산성으로 인하여 지료와 용이하게 혼화할 수 있도록 함으로써, 본 발명의 엑스선 감응원사를 이용한 위조방지용품은 엑스선에서 진위식별이 용이하여 지폐, 상품권, 유가증권, 여권 등의 위조방지용도 또는 고가명품 모방방지용도에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-divisional hollow fiber, a spinning nozzle including a slit for forming a multi-divisional hollow fiber, and a method for preparing a multi-divisional hollow fiber using same. According to the multi-divisional hollow fiber of the present invention, a hollow inside a hollow fiber made of a thermoplastic polymeric resin is divided into two or more, and thus, a hollow section is not easily distorted or deformed by external force in spite of a high hollowness of 3-50%, thereby maintaining the lightness and voluminosity and realizing high rightness, high insulation (thermal insulation), high elasticity, and high durability, when compared with existing hollow fibers. Further, according to the present invention, a slit which is optimized in order to provide a multi-divisional hollow fiber is designed, and then used to produce the multi-divisional hollow fiber into long fibers, short fiber, or non-woven fabrics, through a high-rate or low-rate stretching process. Thus, the prepared multi-divisional hollow fiber is useful as fiber materials for industrial construction, such as an insulating material; fiber materials for living, such as bedding for warmth and cushion, sofa, and interior materials; and fiber materials for light and warm clothing, such as leisure and sports clothing; and fiber materials for industry for the purposes of lightness, warmth, insulation, and cushion, of interior and exterior.

본 발명은 이중식별이 가능한 보안사, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 이용한 위폐방지용품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 보안사는 이성분(Bicomponent) 섬유구조의 일 성분에 X-선 흡수물질이 함유되고, 다른 성분에 가시적 또는 비가시적 UV 반응 형광안료, IR 반응형 안료 및 IR 흡수형 안료로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단독 또는 그들의 혼합형태의 안료가 함유됨으로써, 적외선, 자외선 파장별 식별이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 엑스선 조사시 용이하게 식별 가능하다. 나아가, 본 발명은 복합섬유 비중이 1이상이고, 복합섬유의 일성분을 친수성 고분자 수지로 형성하여 초지 공정시 수분산성이 향상되도록 보안사를 설계함으로써, 이를 초지 공정에 혼입 가공하여, 지폐, 상품권, 유가증권, 여권 등의 위폐방지에 유용하다.

The present invention has the purpose to provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a conjugated fiber, which are able to manufacture a conjugated fiber capable of composing fibers with different characteristics to continuously cross in the length direction of the fibers by continuously crossing and ejecting resins having different characteristics from each other, for instance, resins with the same or different components containing functional pigments or materials, without cutting by operating a spinning nozzle unit in the melting state, and, therefore, having various surface effects and patterns in the length direction of the fiber, and a conjugated fiber manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, a conjugated fiber formed by continuously crossing different resins having different characteristics in the length direction of fibers is manufactured by supplying resins having different characteristics to a spinning nozzle unit through separate melting extruders, and continuously crossing and ejecting each melting resin supplied from each melting extruder, from the spinning nozzle unit. Also, the spinning nozzle unit comprises a spinning nozzle body equipped with multiple entrance paths, where melting resins supplied from each melting extruder are entered, and a nozzle path for ejecting melting resins; and an operator equipped with multiple connection paths for connecting each entrance path to the nozzle path, and operating so that each connection path continuously connects to the nozzle path in an alternate manner. 본 발명은 편광섬유 및 이를 이용한 보안용지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 편광섬유는 섬유직경 500nm 이하의 도성분이 30 개 이상 분포된 해도형 나노섬유에 착색물질이 함유됨으로써, 상기 해도형 나노섬유가 가지는 복굴절성 계면에 의한 우수한 편광특성으로 가시광에서 색상이 발현되고 고강도 물성이 부여된다. 따라서, 본 발명의 편광섬유를 보안용지에 적용함으로써, 종래 UV 또는 IR 영역에서 판별되는 보안사 특성과 더불어, 상기 해도형 나노섬유의 복굴절성 계면에 의한 우수한 편광특성으로 인해, 편광방향에 따라 섬유의 투명도가 달라져 가시광에서도 판별이 가능하므로 복제가능성을 더욱 낮출 수 있어, 은행권, 여권, 수표 및 유가증권 등의 위조방지용도 또는 고가명품 모방방지용도로 유용하다.

PURPOSE: A security yarn, a method for fabricating the same, and an anti-forgery product using the same are provided to implement dichromatism by adding two or more kinds of pigments to a spun fiber. CONSTITUTION: A security yarn contains a spun fiber and a pigment. The spun fiber is fabricated by melt spinning one or more ingredients of hydrophilic polymer resin.The pigment is selected from the group consisting of a visible pigment, an invisible UV reactive fluorescent pigment, an IR reactive pigment, and IR absorption pigment.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling refractive index and an organic fiber fabricated from the same are provided to realize high translucency and polarized light of high quality and to use the organic fiber in a reflective Polaroid film. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling refractive index of an organic fiber comprises a step of welding/spinning organic polymer resin to prepare organic fiber; and a step of controlling refractive index of longitudinal direction or vertical direction of the organic fiber according to 500m/min or more of spinning rate. The control method also comprises a drawing process by off line or in-line drawing. The organic fiber is formed in unidirection multilayer or short cut form. A polymer-organic fiber composite of high translucency is fabricated by complexation of the organic fiber to polymer matrix of a sheet, film or welded body.

CONSTITUTION: A multiple fiber spinning device comprises: a plurality of flow channel parts(120) for passing polymers welded in a gear pump; an electric heater(130) which surrounds a spin block and heats the spin block; a spinning nozzle part(140) which has a plurality of spinning nozzles and receives various kinds of polymers welded from the gear pump by connected with the plural gear pumps by random flow channel; laminated flow channels which are connected to the gear pump and spinning nozzle at both ends.
