Abstract: PURPOSE: A nanocomposite foam composition for insole is provided to improve form restoration and mechanical properties without accepting additional apparatus or device, and to improve distribution of additives for foam and a layered silicate by a ball-bearing effect. CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite foam composition comprises 0.5-10 parts by weight of anionic surfactant, 2-10 parts by weight of organically layered silicate, 2-10 parts by weight of glass beads, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of an organic peroxide crosslinking agent, 3-10 parts by weight organic foam, and 3-30 parts by weight of additives for foam. The polymer substrate consists of 50-80 weight% of a hydrogenated styrene/butadiene block copolymer, and 20-50 weight% of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. Abstract: 본 발명은 클로로프렌고무 라텍스와 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 에멀젼, 아크릴 에멀젼 화합물로 이루어지는 기재와, 점착부여에멀젼 및 건조촉진제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재박리가 용이한 탁구 라켓용 수성 접착제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 인체에 무해하고, 친환경적이며, 특히 아크릴 에멀젼 화합물은 소프트 단량체와 하드 단량체를 주성분으로 하고 카르복실기를 갖는 단량체를 사용하여 유화중합한 것을 사용하므로써, 라켓 러버와 라켓 나무가 접착되어져 사용될 때 요구되어지는 적합한 접착강도를 나타냄과 동시에 라켓을 보호하기 위한 라켓 러버의 재박리 또는 교체 시 라켓 나무와의 재박리가 용이한 것이 장점이다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 서로 다른 유리전이온도를 가지는 2종 이상의 스티렌-포화탄화수소계 열가소성 고분자 기재 또는 필요에 따라 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-올레핀 공중합체, 고무 등을 블렌드한 블렌드물을 기재로 하고 충전제, 가교제, 발포제 및 기타 첨가제를 투입하여 프레스 성형함으로서 비중이 낮고 영구압축줄음율 등의 내구성이 우수하면서 다양한 온도영역에서 우수한 충격흡수성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다양한 온도영역에서 우수한 충격흡수성을 갖는 산업용 발포체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 기존의 충격흡수 재료보다 환경적인 측면 혹은 비용적인 측면에서 유리하고 충격흡수성 특성을 갖는 산업용 발포체로서, 특히, 기존 충격흡수 소재가 상온영역에서만 충격흡수 특성이 발현되는데 비해 다양한 온도영역에서도 우수한 충격흡수성 발현되도록 기능성을 부여함으로써 기존에 사용 범위가 제한되어있던 소재의 한계를 극복하는 신규 기능 소재를 제공하여 스포츠용품, 건설용품 등의 산업에 다양한 용도에 적용이 가능하며, 또한, 기존의 충격흡수 재료인 폴리비닐클로라이드와 폴리우레탄을 대체할 수 있어 상기소재 사용으로 인하여 발생되었던 환경오염 문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Abstract: Provided is a foam composition for multi-functional insoles, which has both temperature maintenance and shape-memory functions, is applicable to materials for buildings, living articles, equipment for leisure-time amusement, etc, and increases energy efficiency. The foam composition for multi-functional insoles having temperature maintenance and shape-memory functions consists of 0.05-10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide cross-linking agent, 0.1-3 parts by weight of a cross-linking aid, 1-20 parts by weight of a blowing agent, 5-50 parts by weight of a microcapsule-shape phase change material having a phase change temperature of -5.5 to 40°C, and 3-50 parts by weight of general foam additives, based on 100 parts by weight of a shape-memorable polymer substrate consisting of 40-70wt% of ethylene/vinylacetate copolymer, 10-20wt% of trans-1,4-polyisoprene, 10-20wt% of hydrogenated styrene/butadiene block copolymer, and 10-20wt% of styrene/isoprene/styrene block copolymer. The blowing agent is at least one selected from an organic blowing agent group consisting of azodicarbonamide, a sulfonyl hydrazine compound, or an azide compound.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of outsole or midsole of shoes which passes through two continuous molding processes to produce a product so that it increases adhesion power with improving the quality of the product. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the outsole or the midsole of the shoes comprises the steps of: (i) producing a first preform smaller than the size of the final product by a first injection molding or compression molding; and (ii) projecting the preform into a press with heating to cross-link and foam the preform within the press to complete appearance of the outsole or the midsole of the shoes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of a foam material for use in a shoe sole is provided to allow the shoe sole to be improved in mechanical strength and colorful representation. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises: preparing an unfoamed material by injection molding or compression molding one or more compounds comprising 3-7 wt% of a foaming agent, 0.5-0.8 wt% of a crosslinker, 1-5 wt% of metallic oxide, 1-2 wt% of stearic acid, and 0.1-1 wt% of a pigment based on 100 wt% of an ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) copolymer; and preparing a foam material by compression molding the unfoamed material with a pressure of 140-160 kg/cm¬2 at 160-180 deg. C for 5-15 minutes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber composition and its preparation method are provided, which exhibits a high elongation, a maximized sliding resistance and an excellent fashionable appearance and is useful as the outer sole of shoes. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base rubber; 1.0-4.0 parts by weight of sulfur; 0.1-3.0 parts by weight of a curing auxiliary; 5-120 parts by weight of a filler; 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a coupling agent; 0.2-1.0 parts by weight of a crosslinking auxiliary; 3.0-10.0 parts by weight of a metal oxide and 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of stearic acid as a curing stabilizer; 0.05-2.0 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent; 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of an antistatic material; and 0.1-2.0 parts by weight of a pigment. The method comprises the steps of plasticizing a natural base rubber under a roll of 30-40 deg.C; and adding the filler and other additives to the plasticized base rubber and plasticizing and mixing them at a kneader of 120-130 deg.C.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An industrial foam using a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer is provided, to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve impact absorbing property, impact resilience and compression set. CONSTITUTION: The industrial foam comprises 100 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer or blend as a thermoplastic elastomer; 0.01-2.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a co-crosslinking agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of a foaming agent. Preferably the foam comprises a mixture of 20-99 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and 1-80 parts by weight of a polymer for blend instead of the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer. Preferably the polymer for blend is at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, a butadiene rubber, an isoprene rubber, an ethylene-propylene rubber, a butyl rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a dielectric rubber which is obtained by adding an oil to the rubbers, 1,2-polyethylene, polybutadiene and polystyrene-polyvinyl-isoprene terpolymer.
