Abstract: A computer-based apparatus for controlling an ozone concentration is provided to compare data on the ozone concentration in real-time by referring to a database containing a real-time graph of the data. An external signal input unit(110) receives a manual current and a voltage related to controlling an ozone concentration and outputs a power input signal. A DAC(Digital to Analog Converter,120) is parallel-coupled with an output terminal of the external signal input units, receives digital data from a controller, and outputs an analog power signal. A pulse/middle frequency generator(130) is electrically connected to the external signal input unit, receives the power signal from the DAC, and generates a pulse wave or a middle frequency wave for generating ozone. A high voltage transformer(140) boosts the pulse wave or the middle frequency wave to a proper discharge voltage. A discharge unit(150) injects supply gas for generating ozone to an inner discharge tube, receives the boosted voltage, and performs discharge. An ozone concentration measuring unit(160) is mechanically connected to the discharge unit, measures the concentration of the ozone and outputs the measured result. A measuring portion(170) measures the discharge voltage and a discharge frequency and outputs the measured result in real-time. The controller(180) receives the ozone concentration value, forms a real-time graph based on the received value, and generates a database related to the ozone concentration.

이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 높은 유전율을 보유하고 있어, 전극간에 중주파수 전원을 인가하여 세라믹 표면에 강력한 무성방전을 발생시킬 수 있고, 목적에 따라 평판 또는 원통형 등 자유롭게 성형할 수 있으며, 세라믹 자체가 보유한 기계적, 열적, 화학적 안정성 및 우수한 절연 성능을 이용하기 때문에 중주파수 이상의 방전에도 충분한 수명을 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An arc dispersion type inverse pinch switch for pulsed power devices is provided to improve an operational reliability by suppressing interference from surroundings, without using a spark gap switch. CONSTITUTION: An arc dispersion type inverse pinch switch for pulsed power devices includes an anode electrode(210), a cylindrical cathode electrode(220), an ignition electrode(230), an anode electrode support member(240), a cathode electrode support member(250), and an insulating outer case(260). The anode electrode has a cylindrical shape, which has a closed side made of three layers, and receives a high voltage big current. The cylindrical cathode electrode encloses the anode electrode completely and is coupled with ground. The ignition electrode initiates a discharge between the anode and cathode electrodes by applying trigger pulse. The anode electrode support member supports and fixes the anode electrode. The insulating outer case is implemented between the support members and insulates the anode and cathode electrodes from outside.
