본 발명은 무손실 데이터 처리 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 리피터로부터 분배되는 데이터가 처리해야 할 SV(Sampled Value) 데이터인 경우, 상기 SV 데이터의 전압 및 전류값을 토대로 위상값을 산출하여 저장하는 SV 데이터 처리부; 및 상기 리피터로부터 분배되는 데이터가 SV외 데이터인 경우, 상기 SV외 데이터의 정보를 추출하여 저장하는 SV외 데이터 처리부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Disclosed is a current differential bus line protection technology in a substation system enabling to determine a more precise failure by correcting a sampling rate and a phase angle difference which are provided in multiple merging units respectively in a different way. According to the present invention, the current differential bus line protection technology in the substation system is configured to include a discriminating unit, a timing signal generating unit, an effective set generating unit, a protection set generating unit, a phase angle compensating unit, and a protection motion operating unit. The present invention relates to a method for generating engineering topology of a digital substation and apparatus for the same, the method comprises the steps of: allowing a single line diagram generation module to generate a single line diagram of the digital substation, based on inputted information about a plurality of substation components and connection relation thereamong; allowing a topology conversion module to convert the single line diagram of the digital substation into international standard engineering topology using conversion conditions stored in a topology component management module; allowing a topology verification module to verify whether the engineering topology is suited for the digital substation, based on international standards; and allowing an international standard file generation module to generate a system specification description (SSS) using the verified engineering topology. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatizing a digital substation is provided to display a simulation result on a graphic single line diagram by receiving data for additional target components. CONSTITUTION: A graphic SLD(Single Line Diagram) integration unit(110) executes an engineering process. Components of an upper system(400) and an intelligent electronic device(300), which is connected to a digital substation(200), and additional components are displayed with a graphic method. An integrated graphic SLD is generated by combining an SCD(System Configuration Description) file and a CID(Configured IED description) file. PURPOSE: A method and a system thereof are provided to improve the stability and the reliability of an electric power system by electrically interlinking a plurality of photo electronic control sensors to a logic circuit of an OR Gate and an AND Gate. CONSTITUTION: A fixed contactor(110) and a movable contactor(120) are operated as the switch in a breaker. The movable contactor is separated from the fixed contactor as much as a predetermined breaking distance. A breaker control rod(140) is separated as much as the distance between the movable contactor and the fixed contact from the movable contactor. A contactless switch(150) is arranged between the movable contact and the breaker control rod. The contactless switch acquires on/off status information of the breaker according to the movement of the rod.

An apparatus and a method for detecting a land cable are provided to have a land cable detection apparatus, thereby effectively analyzing an undersea cable or a detecting sensor in a land before discovering undersea facilities. A support(120) is formed on one upper part of a support plate(110). A horizontal bar(130) is combined with the support. The horizontal bar is maintained in a direction in parallel with the support plate. A head(150) is connected to the horizontal bar to sense a magnetic field of the cable. A side bar(140) is combined with the horizontal bar and the head to fix the head to the horizontal bar. A digital process equipment support is formed in the other side of the support plate. A digital processor apparatus(170) is formed in the digital process equipment support.
