Abstract: 본발명은발전용슈라우드밴드부직접접촉식마그네틱휠을이용한터빈블레이드루트부자동비파괴검사용탐촉자이송장치에관한것이다. 본발명은발전용터빈슈라우드밴드부의곡률반경에적응하면서 4개의마그네틱바퀴가원주방향으로구동되면서초음파검사장치를검사대상부위에원하는속도와방향으로이송하는자동비파괴검사장치이며, 상기의슈라우드밴드접촉면폭을조정가능케하는개구형와셔와조정용와셔를구비한마그네틱바퀴로이루어진다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tracking system is provided to secure a stability of equipment by automating a turbine nondestructive inspection/evaluation. CONSTITUTION: A tracking system transfers a supersonic inspecting device to an inspected portion by adapting a radius of curvature in a turbine shroud band(100) and driving four magnetic wheels(70) toward a circumferential direction. The tracking system has the magnetic wheels composing of an opening washer and a washer for controlling an interval. The opening washer controls a width of a contacted face in the shroud band. A spring for buffering is installed in a wheel supporting portion to smoothly correspond to the radius of curvature. A turbine blade disk, a root portion and so on are nondestructively inspected by moving the supersonic inspecting device around the shroud band(100) toward the circumferential direction with the magnetic force through the magnetic wheels.
