    Abstract: A system and a method for providing a location based VoIP service using HSS are provided to supply a subscriber location with ease by providing location management by using access information. A CSCF(Call Session Control Function) controller(130) connects the SIP terminal with the receiving terminal, having the location information of the SIP terminal as control location information, through a VoIP telephone service.
