Abstract:
PURPOSE: In the next generation network, the service network for the bundle authentication of going the service network and access network and inside of the access network the node authentication and node motion method are proceed the NACF-SCF bundle authentication in the NGN(Next Generation Network) regardless of wireless and wired access. CONSTITUTION: An NGN terminal unit(10) comprises the WLAN terminal, the WiBro terminal(102), and the cable terminus and ADSL terminal. A connection unit comprises the AP(Access Point), and the RAS(Remote Access Server)(112) and CM(Cable Modem) part(113). A NACF part(12) is proceed the IP address assignment and access authentication about connection. The SCF part is proceed the service routing and service certification. The bundle authorization control server(14) is proceed the authentication information exchange between the NACF part and SCF part.
Abstract:
An access network connection authentication control method in the handover of a mobile terminal and a network system thereof are provided to minimize the re-access authentication delay by making a network connecting device directly perform an access authentication procedure of a new access network between heterogeneous networks or homogeneous networks. A user profile server(140) authenticates the connection of a mobile terminal. A mobility control server(150) searches a host channel adaptor adjacent to the mobile terminal, and transmits the ID and profile of the mobile terminal and authentication information to network connecting devices(112,122,132) in which the searched host channel adapter is mounted. The network connecting devices perform the handover process and a re-access authentication procedure through the received authentication information.
Abstract:
An integrated authentication system and a method for supporting a hand-over in a wireless access network are provided to simplify an access authentication process in a hand-over by storing authentication information for each of access networks in an integrated authentication storage unit. An integrated authentication method for supporting a hand-over in a wireless access network includes the steps of: if a mobile terminal is access to a specific access network, performing an access type inquiry in an integrated authentication storage unit with an access network identifier received from the mobile terminal(316); inquiring a global identifier having the access network identifier from an integrated management table of the integrated authentication storage unit, and checking a previous access network access type of the mobile terminal(322); if the access type checked result is an initial access, performing an initial authentication process(330); if the access type checked result is a hand-over from the other access network, transmitting the authentication information of the other access network stored in the integrated management table to the authentication server(336); and performing an authentication process based on the authentication information of the other access network received from the authentication server(344).

멀티프로토콜을 지원하는 VoIP에서의 SMS 전송 방법 및 그 시스템이 개시된다. 이 방법은 VoIP망에 존재하는 소프트스위치가 발신 단말로부터 SMS 연동 서버와의 호 연결을 위한 제1 호연결요청신호를 수신하고, 상기 발신단말과 상기 SMS 연동 서버 간의 제1 호 설정을 중계하는 단계; 상기 제1 호 설정에 따라 열린 제1 RTP 미디어 채널을 통하여 상기 SMS 연동 서버가 상기 발신단말로부터 SMS 데이터를 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 SMS 연동 서버가 상기 제1 호연결요청신호 또는 상기 SMS 데이터에 포함된 착신단말번호를 기초로, 상기 SMS 데이터를 착신단말로 송신하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1 호연결요청신호는 상기 SMS 연동 서버를 특정하는 식별자 또는 번호를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 각 응용서비스들이 쉽게 문자메시지를 이용하고, 멀티프로토콜을 지원하면서, 기존 시스템 수정을 최소화할 수 있다.
Abstract:
A system and a method for providing a location based VoIP service using HSS are provided to supply a subscriber location with ease by providing location management by using access information. An HSS(Home Subscriber Sever) controller(120) includes a location registration sever(121), a location information providing sever(124), a location basis application database(125), an HSS(Home Subscriber Sever)(122) and a location information database(123). An SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) terminal(100) transceives an SIP call capable of a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone by being connected with a wideband VoIP network. The HSS(Home Subscriber Server)(122) has a database storing location information of the SIP terminal and control location information of a receiving terminal(140) that the SIP terminal wants to connect. The location information of the SIP terminal includes an ID(Identification), a location code and an address of equipment that the SIP terminal initially accesses according to an access network connected to the SIP terminal in the wideband VoIP network. A CSCF(Call Session Control Function) controller(130) connects the SIP terminal with the receiving terminal, having the location information of the SIP terminal as control location information, through a VoIP telephone service.
Abstract:
A method and a system for transmitting short messages in a VoIP network supporting a multi-protocol are provided to offer the SMS(Short Message Service) using existing routing equipments as they are, regardless of VoIP types. An SMS transmission system in a VoIP network supporting a multi-protocol comprises an SMS interworking server(410) and a soft switch(400). The SMS interworking server(410) receives SMS data from an originating terminal through the first RTP(Real Time Protocol) media channel opened according to the first call setup and transmits the SMS data to a destination terminal, based on the destination number contained in the first call connection request signal or the SMS data. The soft switch(400), located in the VoIP network, mediates the first call setup between the originating terminal and the SMS interworking server(410), based on the first call connection request signal received from the originating terminal. The first call connection request signal contains an identifier or a number that identifies the SMS interworking server(410).
