Abstract: 본 발명은 상용 ECL 게이트 또는 주문형 반도체(ASIC)를 사용하여 외부에서 가해지는 전압에 의해서 출력되는 펄스의 주기가 변화하는 ECL 전압제어발진기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 전단의 적분기(저역 여파기)로 부터 입력되는 전압(Vin)을 입력받아 ECL 게이트에 공급하는 음의 전원(VEE)보다 크고 전단의 위상비교기의 '로우(low)'출력 레벨보다 작은 범위외 제어전압으로 변환하여 공급하는 제어전압 정합수단 (42)과, 상기 제어전압 정합수단(42)으로 부터 출력된 전압을 입력받아 입 력 전압의 크기에 반비례한 주파수의 펄스를 발진하는 상용의 ECL게이트를 이용하여 구현된 단위 링 발진수단(41), 및 상기 단위 링 발진기(41)에서 출력되는 주파수(CLKout)가 매우 높으며 파형 스윙(swing)레벨로 ECL 게이트의 속성에 의해 작으며 듀티 사이클(duty cycle)도 일정비율을 유지하지 않을 경우 출력을 분주하는 N(N〉2)분주수단(43)을 구비한다.-

Abstract: In the high-speed switching network, when installing memory in the input/output port and optimizing memory, the method decreases blocking probability and constructs a non-blocking ATM switch. The system consists of memories (1,7), a buffer and a serial/parallel converter (2) that converts parallel data to serial data using a shift register, a priority bit inserting block (4), a self-routing switch network (5), a data selector (8) and a timing controller (9).
