Abstract:
A battery charging method using wireless power transmission includes the steps of: receiving a first message related to battery charging time from a receiving device; searching an optimum frequency band for a signal of transmission power to be transmitted to the receiving device based on the first message; receiving a second message related to the charging state of the receiving device including the value of charging power and the value of extra power from the receiving device; and adaptively controlling the transmission power to constantly maintain the value of the extra power in proportion to a first parameter which is previously set in the value of the charging power based on the second message.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving wireless energy in an energy transmission system. The apparatus for transmitting and receiving the wireless energy includes a transmission controller which generates a wireless energy signal, a transmission resonator port which provides the wireless energy signal, and a transmission resonator which transmits the wireless energy signal provided through the transmission resonator port to a plurality of receiving apparatuses. The transmission controller transmits an impedance control signal for controlling each impedance of reception resonator ports of the receiving apparatuses in consideration of the transmission properties of the receiving apparatuses.
