PURPOSE: A start time point randomizing method of a subject terminal operation is provided to randomize operation time of a subject terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(210) standby for standby time of an interval which is shorter than the operation time interval from a starting point of an operation time interval(250). The terminal determines a network device(220) is connected to the terminal(260). The terminal is connected to the network device according to the determination(261). The terminal transmits data to an application server(230) via the network device(270,271).

본 발명은 멀티 셀 환경에서의 신호간섭 개선방법에 관한 것으로, 서빙중인 홈셀에 통신품질 열화가 발생한 경우 이동단말로부터 송신되는 무선자원 측정결과 메시지를 서빙중인 홈셀을 통해 수신하고, 수신된 무선자원 측정결과 메시지로부터 간섭을 유발한 인접셀을 선택하고, 서빙중인 홈셀의 무선자원 형상과 동일한 무선자원이 상기 선택된 인접셀에서 할당 가능한지 여부에 따라, 신호간섭 개선 방식을 달리하여 홈셀과 인접셀간의 신호간섭을 개선하도록 함으로써 이동단말의 통신 품질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이동단말, 멀티 셀 환경, 신호간섭, 홈셀, 인접셀, 무선자원

An access control method in designated wireless access mode of a mobile communication system is provided to control wireless access mode of the mobile communication terminal by determining a traffic property by a base station, thereby reducing power consumption of the terminal. It is determined whether data receiving mode of a terminal(10) is converted into activation mode or inactivation mode. A message including a timing parameter is transmitted. The message is transmitted by an RNL(Radio Network Layer)(21) of a base station. The message is transmitted by a MAC(Medium Access Control) layer of the base station.
Abstract:
A handover method for preventing time delay according to signal exchange between base stations is provided to perform handover through radio resources allocated without signal exchange, thereby performing efficient handover. A source base station sets or releases a user plane route between each neighbor BTS(Base Station) and an access gateway. The source base station stores radio resource information of each neighbor BTS(S100). When a determined target base station is registered in user plane route setting information, the source base station performs handover without signal exchange with another target base station(S200).

A method for managing radio resources in a mobile communication system and a system thereof are provided to adjust sizes of adjacent cells by cell breathing to distribute a load of a cell, thereby enabling a larger number of user terminals to provide a service. A base station controller performs handover from cell B to cell A when the first user terminal(110) moves from a handover area(30) to a cell A area completely. The base station controller maintains zone connection about a user existing in an interval where maximum radiuses of two cells are overlapped. The base station controller applies the same cell radius to a newly join user through cell breathing.
