PURPOSE: A D2D(Device to Device) group communication method and a device thereof are provided to easily implement D2D group communication by adding additional elements to a wireless resource structure. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device receives first wireless resource information from a base station and transmits a scheduling request to a base station and receives first wireless resource information from the base station(S1010,S1020). The terminal device transmits a D2D buffer state report to the base station through a first wireless resource and receives second wireless resource information including the D2D resource assignment information(S1030,S1040). The terminal device transmits control information for D2D group transmission and D2D user data to two or more opponent terminals within the D2D group(S1050). PURPOSE: A paging management method and system thereof for a micro home base station are provided to transfer a paging message to a home base station in a virtual tracking area where a terminal is located. CONSTITUTION: A gateway(110) for a micro base station forms a group according to the location of a macro base station. The gateway for a micro base station constitutes a virtual tracking region. The gateway for a micro base station confirms the final micro base station. The gateway for a micro base station transmits the paging message to the macro base station in a virtual tracking area.

PURPOSE: An access control method of a mobile communication relay and apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the degradation of a terminal that shares a link between a base station and a relay. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(610) measures the utilization of a radio resource in a link between a base station and relay. An overload determining unit(630) compares utilization ratio and threshold value. The overload determining unit determines whether the link is in an overload state. If the link is in the overload state, a transmitting unit(650) transmits overload information to one or more terminals. The measuring unit measures the utilization ratio of radio resource.

PURPOSE: A contention based uplink transmission apparatus in a mobile communication system is provided to improve transceiving performance in a contention based uplink transmission. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(420) receives downlink control information corresponding to each CB C-RNTI(Contention Based Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identity) through a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel) corresponding to a contention based uplink. A selecting unit(440) selects one or more contention based identifiers based on the transmission standard of the contention based uplink and down link control information. A data transmission part(450) performs the contention based uplink transmission using the object CB C-RNTI.

PURPOSE: An Apparatus and method for management an extension career in a base radio station are provided to prevent coverage-hole by efficiently selecting a single carrier instead cutting the control information of an extension carrier. CONSTITUTION: A protocol processing unit(110) provides a protocol layer for transmitting and receiving user data and a signal message to and from a terminal(150), and a protocol layer function for the communication with core network nodes. A user information management unit(120) manages the information such as a terminal state or required quality level. A wireless resource management unit(130) manages the information on the number of carriers provided from the base station and a frequency feature of each carrier. A carrier control unit(140) manages the information on the carrier of each terminal, and sets up an extension carrier which has no coverage hole.

PURPOSE: A control channel management device of a base station, a control channel searching device of a user terminal, and a control channel assignment method of a mobile communications system are provided to improve net performance by increasing the number of user terminals capable of transmitting control information through a conflicted UE space. CONSTITUTION: A determining unit(110) determines whether the number of a conflicted user terminals is bigger than a threshold or not. When the number of the conflicted user terminals is bigger than the threshold, a conflicted UE space operation unit(120) operates a conflicted UE space on a control channel resource. A notification unit(130) notifies the conflicted UE space information to all user terminals in cells. A calculating unit recalculates a starting address in a control channel searching region. A receiving part of control information receives and searches self-control information from the recalculated control channel searching region.

PURPOSE: A data encoding method is provided to encode data efficiently in view of stability such as a data security and a subscriber authentication, to carry out a high speed of operation, and to allow to apply in a radio communication environment. CONSTITUTION: In a data encoding method of a radio communication environment, messages are input, and the messages are divided into two and the divided messages are input to a left block and a right block respectively. A bit stream input to the right block is input to an F function and the left block of the next round. After a bit exclusive OR operation of the bit stream in which the F function is input to the bit stream of the right block and the bit stream input to the left block is carried out, the result values are input to the right block of the next round. After the above operations are carried out repeatedly by a described times, the result values are transposed and the finally encoded stream is output.
