Abstract:
Disclosed is a direct communication method between stations in a wireless LAN system. A direct communication method between stations includes: a step of receiving scheduling information about a frequency selection transmission from an access point; a step of configuring a link for communication with other stations based on the scheduling information; and a step of communicating with the other stations using the link.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an operation method of an access point for coexistence of a basic service set with different bandwidths. The method includes a step of detecting one among a first signal with a channel bandwidth of the access point and a second signal with a narrower channel bandwidth than the channel bandwidth; a step of generating BSS with the channel bandwidth based on a detection result; and a step of informing adjacent BSS of the generated BSS.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for allocating resources in a wireless LAN system are disclosed. The method for allocating resources according to one embodiment comprises the steps of determining a restricted access bandwidth (RAB) section based on at least one of multiple bandwidths or at least one of a partial bandwidth; and setting a restricted access window (RAW) in a time domain based on the RAB section.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an effective scanning method using a short probe response. The purpose of the present invention is to perform active scanning using a short probe response frame in a radio local area network, to provide speed faster than the passive scanning, and to reduce overhead in the active scanning.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for scanning performed by a station (STA) in a wireless local area network system. The method transmits a probe request frame and receives a short probe response frame from an access point (AP) in response to the probe request frame. The short probe response frame includes SSID or compressed SSID of the AP. [Reference numerals] (S510) Probe request frame;(S520) Short probe response frame;(S530) Bonding process
