PURPOSE: A multicast source registration method, a multicast receiver join method, and a multicast service providing method in handover are provided to allow terminals to continuously receive multicast data in various mobile networks. CONSTITUTION: A mobile router registers and senses a multicast packet transmitted by a mobile node and transmits the multicast packet to a multicast router. The mobile router transmits a message which notifies the start of a multicast source role to a handover control agent(410). The handover control agent transmits a mobile node registration message to a mobility control server and receives a response from the mobility control server(430,450).

PURPOSE: A flow based mobility supporting method in proxy mobile internet protocol v6 and apparatus thereof are provided to support flow based mobility to a multi-mode terminal including plural wire and wireless network interfaces. CONSTITUTION: A first MAG(Mobile Access Gateway) creates flow based binding information based on first flow information(S220). An LMA(Local Mobility Anchor) updates flow based binding entry for a multi-mode terminal based on the first flow information(S235). The first MAG updates the flow based binding information for the first flow information based on a response message(S245). A second MAG transmits a location registration message including second flow information to the LMA(S260). The second MAG updates the flow based binding information for the second flow information based on the response message(S285).

PURPOSE: A network based mobility management system and mobile multicast service handover method are provided to support successive handover for multicast service traffic which uses handover between heterogeneous networks by enabling a mobile node to use a multicast service. CONSTITUTION: An HCA(Handover Control Agent)(22) manages multicast group information between MR(Multicast Router)(20) and an MICS(Mobility Information Control Server)(24). When handover is generated in MN(Mobile Node)(26), the HCA releases a multicast group without intervening in the MN. The HCA supports the multicast traffic handover of the MN. The MICS(Mobility Information Control Server) manages the multicast group information by receiving the multicast group information from the HCA. The MICS supports the multicast traffic handover of the MN by communicating with the HCA.

PURPOSE: A web portal service providing method based on an open API(Application Program Interface) and a system thereof are provided to unify protocols and parameters of each web site and changing DB, thereby dynamically adding and changing a site. CONSTITUTION: A web portal server(230) provides a web portal service. A web portal application service server(210) reconstructs a program using an open API. The web portal application service server requests the web portal service. A service delivery platform(220) searches an authentication key corresponding to the open API ID and a web site address. The service delivery platform receives the web portal service. The service delivery platform transfers the received web portal service to the web portal application service server.
