Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring continuous electronic in a different packet communication network are provided to recognize the continuous electronic as on continuous object and secure continuity of electronic monitoring when electronic monitoring object is moved from electronic monitoring area included in one communication network to electronic monitoring included in other communication network. CONSTITUTION: An information monitoring request unit(130) request information monitoring through electronic monitoring request message. An information monitoring collector(110,120) transfers monitoring information about an electronically monitored object to the information monitoring request unit. When the electronic monitoring object uses a service through at least one of networks, a synchronization unit(140) collects information of information monitoring request unit by corresponding network. Abstract: A method for processing data and a system thereof are provided to check an ICS(Interactive Communication Sequence) for a plurality of users from communication records by using a variable time window as well as an ICSP(Interactive Communication Sequence Pattern) that is an interactive communication sequence frequently generated from among the checked interactive communication sequence. A searcher(121) searches the inverse pairs in the communication record. An ICS extractor(130) includes an ICS extractor without extension of a time window(131) and an ICS extractor with extension of a time window(132), and extracts an interactive communication sequence having a length other than 1. The ICS extractor without extension of a time window checks a new interactive communication sequence in which an interactive communication sequence included in the set S establishes another interactive communication sequence included in the set S as a sub interactive communication sequence, and adds the newly generated ICS to the set S. The ICS extractor with extension of a time window combines the inverse pair that is included in the candidate set S generated by the set generator and the ICS that is included in the set S that is finally determined by the ICS extractor without extension of a time window to generate an ICS having a length other than 1, and adds the generated interactive communication sequence to the set S.

Abstract: A mobile advertisement method is provided to use an existing electronic monitoring device in an advertisement, thereby contributing to sales increase of a service provider. If a subscriber searches information about a specific advertisement product through a wireless broadband subscriber terminal(380), tapping devices(351,352) search the specific advertisement product by deep packet data search accordion to control of an IP probe. Abstract: 본 발명은 이동통신 단말기의 가상 입체 음향 제공 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는, 가상적인 입체 음향을 사용자가 지정한 위치에서 재생시키기 방위각 코드에 대응하는 HRTF(Head Related Transfer Function)를 단말기용 코드북에서 검색한 후, 검색한 코드북 인덱스와 방위각 코드를 매핑시켜 인덱스 테이블을 구성한다. 이후, 매핑시킨 코드북 인덱스에 따라 HRTF 데이터를 복호화하여 재구성한 후, 재구성한 HRTF 데이터를 입력 신호인 모노 신호와 컨볼루션(CONVOLUTION) 연산하여 지정한 위치에서 가상적인 입체 음향이 재생되도록 한다.
즉, 본 발명은 외부로부터 수신한 방위각 코드에 대응하는 HRTF 데이터를 부호화한 뒤 코드북 인덱스와 방위각 코드를 인텍스화 하여 테이블에 저장 및 관리한다. 이는 곧, 메모리의 저장 용량을 대폭 감소시킬 수 있다.-

Abstract: 본 발명은 입체 음향 시스템 및 입체 음향 구현 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 압축된 5.1 채널 데이터를 수신한 다음에 복호화 한 후 머리전달함수(HRTF)와 유한 및 무한 임펄스 응답 필터로 처리한 2개의 채널 신호를 생성한다. 즉, 머리전달함수를 사용하여 원하는 방향에 음원을 정위시키며, 앞/뒤 방향을 강조하기 위해 머리전달함수에 가중치를 주며, 음장 제어를 위하여 잔향기를 사용하여 3차원의 입체 음향을 구현한다.
이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 일반적인 5.1채널 시스템과 같이 전방 가운데, 전방 좌우, 후방 좌우 5개의 채널에 해당하는 음원을 각각 가상적으로 설정하여 헤드폰에서도 멀티 채널에 의한 다차원 음장을 구현할 수 있다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a time-separated speech coder, that codes the transitional signal of voiced/unvoiced sound through harmonic speech coding. The time-separated speech coder comprises a transitional excitation signal analysis/synthesis means 10 for coding the transitional signal by extracting the harmonic model parameters of both transitional analyzers after detecting transitional point and generating sinusoidal waveforms according to variable transitional point separating both transitional analyzers. By the transitional point at which energy varies abruptly and the time-separated coding based on the transitional point, more improved speech quality than in the general harmonic speech coder can be obtained using the time-separated speech coder by increasing the representation capability of the transitional signal with large energy variation, after being adapted it to the variable transitional point.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A harmonic-noise speech coding system and method using cepstrum analysis are provided to enable effective coding through harmonic-noise speech coding algorithm that estimates noise spectral component to offer improved sound quality. CONSTITUTION: A harmonic-noise speech coding system(100) includes a noise-spectral estimator that separates noise from an input LPC residual signal using cepstrum and estimates spectral through LCD analysis to code the noise. The noise-spectral estimator includes a log value extracting means for extracting negative log value spectrum of the cepstrum extracted through the cepstrum analysis, and an amplitude extracting means for extracting a valley portion of mixed signal spectral, corresponding to the negative log value spectrum region. The noise-spectral estimator further has an LPC analyzer for extracting spectral information of the extracted noise spectral, an LSP converter for converting extracted LPC parameters into LSP parameters, and a gain calculator for calculating the gain of noise component.
