Abstract: A piezoelectric linear actuator is disclosed. The piezoelectric linear actuator according to one embodiment of the present invention is a laminate formed by arranging a first piezoelectric ceramic element which includes a ground electrode on the lower side thereof and a first electrode on the upper side thereof, on a (4N+1) layer and a (4N+3) layer and arranging a second ceramic element which includes a ground electrode on the lower side thereof and a second electrode on the upper side thereof, on a (4N+2) layer and a (4N+4) layer, wherein, N is an integer equal to or more than 0. The polarization directions of the (4N+1) layer and the (4N+4) layer are opposite to the polarization directions of the (4N+2) layer and the (4N+3) layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A piezoelectric laminated ceramic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a lamination process and to improve productivity by preventing a short circuit between electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric laminated ceramic device is manufactured by laminating two or more ceramic green sheets. An inner electrode is formed in the two or more ceramic green sheets. A ceramic laminated body is formed between the internal electrodes so as to separate electrically the internal electrodes. The ceramic laminated body is carved into a central direction of the ceramic laminated body. A first concave part and second concave parts(506,507) are extended from an upper part of the piezoelectric ceramic laminated body to a lower part. A first outer electrode and second outer electrodes(504,505) are formed at the first concave part and the second concave parts of the ceramics laminated body, respectively.
