Abstract: A heterophasic polypropylene composition comprises a matrix based on a propylene-random copolymer and a linear low density polyethylene dispersed in the matrix. The heterophasic polypropylene composition has both improved impact strength and reduced amount of fraction soluble in cold xylene (XCS), while maintaining optical properties.
