PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly bond a tread member to a tire skeleton member while inhibiting the increase of work hours and the occurrence of loss in a tire using a resin material in the tire skeleton member and a cord cover layer of a reinforcement layer.SOLUTION: A tire includes: a tire skeleton member 12 which is formed by using a resin material and is provided with a side part 18 and a crown part 22; a reinforcement layer 14 formed by spirally winding a cord 30 covered by a cord cover layer 34 formed by using a resin material around an outer periphery of the crown part 22 in a tire circumferential direction; and a tread member 16 which is disposed at the outer side of the reinforcement layer 14 in a tire radial direction. A recessed part 20 into which the reinforcement layer 14 is inserted is formed at an inner periphery of the tread member 16.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire in which degree of freedom of designing a tire skeleton member itself can be maintained, weather fastness of a tire outer surface is improved, and both of suppressing tire weight increasing and maintaining appearance of a decorative part are achieved.SOLUTION: The tire comprises: a tire skeleton member 17 formed of a resin material and at least having a tread part and a bead part; and a coating layer 24 formed of a resin material and formed on the outside of the tire skeleton member 17 from the bead part to the tread part, and having a decorative part on its surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength of a welded portion in a tire that is configured by welding a tire constituent member formed of a thermoplastic material.SOLUTION: The strength of a bonded portion of a tire is secured by configuring the tire to have a first welded portion which is obtained by melting and welding each other a part of one tire constituent member and a part of the other tire constituent member, and a second welded portion which is formed by welding a thermoplastic material for welding to the surface of the first welded portion.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that is formed with thermoplastic resin materials containing polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, and has improved durability by inhibiting entry of air.SOLUTION: The tire 10 includes: a circular tire case 17 formed with the polyamide thermoplastic elastomer; a reinforcing cord 26 which is at least partially buried in the outer periphery in cross-section view along the axial direction of the tire case 17 and is stuck to the thermoplastic resin materials, while being higher in rigidity than the polyamide thermoplastic elastomer and spirally wound around an outer periphery of the tire case 17; a tread 30 formed by this reinforcing cord 26 and provided outside radial direction of a reinforcing cord layer 28.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tire, which press-winds a reinforcing cord member with a uniform force to the outer peripheral face of a tire frame member formed of a resin material.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a tire includes a frame forming process of forming an annular tire case 17 with an outer diameter smaller at the end side than at the central part in the axial direction using the resin material, and a reinforcing layer forming process of forming the reinforcing layer 28 on the outer peripheral face 17S while press-winding the reinforcing cord member 26 by a pressing roller 113 to an intermediate part and an end part of the outer peripheral face 17S of the tire case 17. In the reinforcing layer forming process, since the pressing direction of the pressing roller 113 is changed according to the direction of the outer peripheral face 17S of the tire case 17 in the sectional view in the axial direction, the reinforcing cord member 26 can be press-wound to the outer peripheral face 17S of the tire case 17 under a uniform pressure.
