    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily assemble the title device and to execute the grounding of a signal line without fail by fixing the repeating substrate of a lead wire in the stator of a rotary transformer, which is arranged in a lower drum, and the lower drum with a through-hole pin which is composed of a conductive material. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole pin 4 of a satisfactory conductive character to be soldered is pressed into a lower drum 1 with utilizing a dividing channel and after that, a repeating substrate 3 is fixed to the lower drum 1 through a soldering part 4a. When a stator 2 of the rotary transformer is caused to fall down and adhered to the drum 1, the positioning of the stator 2 can be executed to the repeating board 3 since the motion of the stator 2 can be stopped by causing a lead wire 2a, which is out of the lead fetching port of the stator 2 with utilizing the dividing channel in the tip of the through-hole pin 4, to peep in the dividing channel of the through-hole pin 4. Then, operability is impreved. The grounding of the signal line can be executed without fail by putting-in of the pin.

CONSTITUTION:For a revolving head device, a head chip stand 6 is fitted to a screw 8 on the seat part upper surface of an upper drum 1, which is a revolving drum, and a magnetic head to be provided in the tip of this chip stand 6 is arranged on the bottom part side surface of the upper drum 1. Accordingly, in some parts, a lead is directly connected from a rotor side 1a of the rotary transformer to the head chip stand 6 not through repeater and the chip tip of the head chip stand 6 is protruded through the hole of the upper drum 1 to an outer circumference surface. Thus, the upper drum 1 is fitted without a fitting stand and further, the exchange of the head chip stand 6 can be easily executed with simple constitution. Then, the revolving head device can be easily handled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain guard bandless azimuth recording with one head constitution by providing a mechanism which can control a rotation in an azimuth direction at a head, and switching the azimuth direction to a section where the head does not process a signal. CONSTITUTION:When right and left piezoelectric elements 7a and 7b mutually expand and contract, respective levers 8 rotates in different directions, and as a result, since a fitting board 6 of a head 1 rotates, the azimuth angle can be controlled according to the impressing voltage of the piezoelectric elements. Pulses are generated at every rotation of a drum from a pulse generator PG 12, one of the outputs of a data processing part 15 inputted from a waveform shaping device 14 is inputted to an azimuth controlling logic and synchronizing circuit part 17, here, the control signal of a microcomputer 18 drives piezoelectric element driving circuits 19a and 19b, and the azimuth of the head 1 is controlled. Thus, by making the title device with a one-head constitution, the dispersion between the heads can be eliminated, and the guard bandless azimuth can be easily recorded and reproduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To respectively rotate a rotary drum and an impeller with a simple structure by providing a motor switching shaft engaged to the rotary shaft of a motor and rotating only the rotary drum or the impeller with one motor. CONSTITUTION:At the time of recording and reproducing modes, the revolution of a motor 4 goes to the rotation of a rotary shaft 5 and a mode (motor) switching shaft 6 is rotated unitedly with the rotary shaft 5. Then, the rotation is transmitted through a key 10 to a rotary drum 1. At such a time, since the impeller 3 is fitted through a ball bearing 11 to the rotary shaft 5, the rotation is not directly transmitted. At the time of a bedewing recovering mode, the revolution of the motor 4 goes to be the rotation of the rotary shaft 5 and the mode switching shaft 6 is rotated unitedly with the rotary shaft 5. Then, the rotation is transmitted through a key 9 to the impeller 3. In such a condition, the rotation is not transmitted to the rotary drum 1. Thus, by one motor, the rotary drum and the impeller can be respectively rotated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain signal recording or reproducing characteristics with high accuracy by setting the height of an oscillating fulcrum of an adjusting base within a height range of a recording medium guide part of a tape guide post. CONSTITUTION:The tape guide post 1 is set up on an outrigger 2' of the adjusting base belonging to the adjusting base 2, and a steel ball 3 is placed between the adjusting base with the outrigger and a fixed table 4 by compression force of a compression coil spring 6 for a drag screw 7 on the adjusting base. Then, by adjusting an adjusting screw 5 the adjusting base 2 is oscillated with the fulcrum of the steel ball 3, so that an inclination of the tape guide post 1 is adjusted. In addition, the height of the oscillating fulcrum of the adjusting base 2 is settled within the height range of the recording medium guide part of the tape guide post 1. In this way, if the inclination of the tape guide post 1 is adjusted, any variation of its tape positional center is almost eliminated, and hence the tape traveling course is unchangeable, thus enabling the recording and reproducing with high accuracy.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a dynamic friction test, by reciprocating a tape with a weight at one end thereof and a load measuring device at the other end thereof, while being wound on a guide post. CONSTITUTION:A tape guide post 4 for dynamic friction tests is positioned at an intermediate point of a tape 1 with a weight 2 mounted at one end thereof and a load measuring device 6 at the other end thereof respectively through mounting device 3 and 7 in such a manner as to be wound maintaining a fixed angle while the weight 2 is arranged vertically and the measuring device 6 set on a feed guide device 8. As a driving mechanism 11 is driven, the measuring device 6 set on the feed guide device 8 can be reciprocated at a constant speed through a decelerator 12 and a feeding mechanism 9. Tensions F1 and F2 of the tape 1 at the outgoing and incoming movements are measured with the measuring device 6. Outputs of the measuring device 6 for the tensions F1 and F2 are amplified with an amplifier 13 to be recorded with a recorder 14. In this manner, the testing of dynamic friction can be performed to match actual condition between the tape 1 and the guide post 4.
