PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink capable of preventing appearance defects in an image part and imparting an excellent printing durability, and a manufacturing method of a lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: The inkjet ink comprises a polymer dye. The manufacturing method of the lithographic printing plate comprises a step of forming an image by an inkjet recording method using the inkjet ink. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate capable of preventing deformation of a substrate having an image formed by an inkjet recording method and capable of giving an excellent printing durability, and a manufacturing method of the lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate has the image formed by the inkjet recording method, using inkjet ink containing no water substantially. The inkjet ink contains a polymer of Tg lower than 90°C. The manufacturing method of the lithographic printing plate has a process for forming the image on the substrate having a hydrophilic surface by the inkjet recording method, using the inkjet ink containing no water substantially and containing the polymer of Tg lower than 90°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original lithographic printing plate which can easily detect a coating unevenness of an ink receptive layer and contaminates no dampening water, a lithographic printing plate, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This original lithographic printing plate is for forming an image by an inkjet recording process using an inkjet ink, and is composed of an ink receptor with the ink receptive layer containing a luminescent substance on a support. In addition, the lithographic printing plate is characterized by forming an image in the original plate by the inkjet recording process using the inkjet ink. The manufacturing method of the lithographic printing plate is characterized by including the process to form an image in the original plate by the inkjet recording process using the inkjet ink. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lithographic printing plate capable of manufacturing the lithographic printing plate with an image excellent in printing plate wear by using an inkjet recording method with a photo-polymerizable ink composition excellent in strength of the image formed by delivering an ink and curing it and adhesiveness with a substrate, and the lithographic printing plate obtained thereby. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lithographic printing plate is characterized in that after the photo-polymerizable ink composition comprising (a) a polymerization initiator and (b) 30-90 mass% polymerizable compound with at least three functionalities is delivered on a substrate with an ink receiving layer on the substrate with a surface roughness Ra in a range of 0.2-10 μm by an inkjet recording system, the image is formed by polymerizing and curing the delivered ink composition by light exposure.
