    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an internal component from being broken owing to the impression of an excessive external force as a main body is made thinner by detecting the application of the external force and generating an alarm. CONSTITUTION:External force detecting means 40-a-40-c are provided nearby a liquid crystal display 2 as a component which is the weakest to an external force. The liquid crystal display 2 deforms with the external force, output signals from the external force detecting means 40-a-40-c are amplified by the deformation quantity to detect the impression of the external force exceeding a certain value, and an alarm means is actuated with its signal to warn the abnormality so that the deformation does not become larger. Consequently, the abnormal external force can be detected before the breakage of the component, so the component never gets out of order and the reliability of the product is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To edite a document with high efficiency and to improve the operation convenience of a document editing device by editing simultaneously a single document by plural document editing devices. CONSTITUTION:A document editing device consists of an input device 2 which inputs a desired character or symbol, a display device 3 which shows the input and editing results, an output means which outputs the input and editing result, an external storage 5 which stores the editing result and the data, and an interface device 6 which attains the simultaneous editing operations of other document editing devices. When the simultaneous document editing operations are carried out by plural document editing devices, a simultaneous editing mode is selected. Thus the data are transferred via the device 6. At this time, one of both document editing devices is defined as a main device with the other one defined as an auxiliary device respectively in the mode setting state. Thus the document editing efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily incline a keyboard at the main body of the document preparing and editing device. CONSTITUTION:A structure for raising a keyboard 1 while sliding it, is adopted for the main body of the document preparing and editing device. By adopting the structure for raising the keyboard 1 while sliding it, the keyboard 1 can be easily inclined, and operability in the case of inputting can be improved. Further, the positions of the keyboard 1 and an LCD 2 are made close by sliding the keyboard, the front width of the keyboard 1 is made wider, leaving a space for putting a hand on. Therefore, there is an effect for reducing fatigue in the case of inputting work.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for output of printing in postcard printing by a method wherein a printing paper housing section is arranged integrally with the front part of a printing section provided to the rear part of a printer main body so that the postcards can be set side by side in a plurality of sheets respectively. CONSTITUTION:A printer 9 equipped with an automatic sheet feeding device is arranged under a main body of an information processing apparatus. A printing section is incorporated in the rear part of the printer, and a sheet housing section 11 is formed in the front part of the printer. On setting postcards, the information processing apparatus main body and a sheet cover 27 are removed and after that, a postcard guide C17 and a movable plate 19 are lifted up with engagement between a projection of the postcard guide and a recessed part of the movable plate disengaged. Then the postcards are housed in a postcard housing section 14 and positioning is made by moving either a postcard guide A15 or a postcard guide B16 toward the side of the postcards. After that, positioning for the front end of the postcards is made likewise. Sheets of printing paper or the postcards set side by side in a plurality of sheets respectively are fed from the sheet housing section 11 or the postcard housing section 14 to a printing mechanism section 38 by sheet feeding rollers 25, and the printed sheets are delivered to a stacker 41 by sheet delivery rollers 34.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve an operation property in the case of printing by a method wherein a printing part is installed to a rear part of a printer body to make a printer with automatic paper feeder, and the combination device is so constructed as to be capable of disposing an information processor body on a printing paper housing part. CONSTITUTION:When an information processor body is set by forming integrally an inclination pin 36 on a printer upper case 25 of a printer with automatic paper feeder 9, the inclination pin 36 is engaged with a positioning hole 37 provided to a body under case 7 and a guide hole 39 of a body shutter 38, and the body is rotated by centering a fastening part 40 as an axis to open a body opening and closing window 41. Then, transfer of an optical signal between signal converters 42 becomes capable of being performed. At the same time an inclinable pin 43 provided to a printer upper case 25 is pushed by an empty weight of the information processor body, and a shutter 44 is rotated by centering a fastening part 46 as an axis to open a printer opening and closing window 47. Therefore, transfer of the optical signal between a printer control substrate 48 and the signal converter 42 becomes capable of being performed. Thereby, a printing signal is sent to the printer with automatic paper feeder 9 from the information processor body and printing becomes capable of being performed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten the feel of a waiting time by displaying picture information, which are read by a picture input device, on a displaying device when the program of a document editing device rises up. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is inputted, a CPU 6 transfers the picture information from a floppy disk device (FDD)2 through a floppy disk controller 15 to a picture memory 10 according to the program of a system memory 12 at first. Continuously, only the upper part of the picture information in the picture memory 10 is transferred to a memory 8 for display by the CPU 6. A display controller 7 continues to display the picture information on a display device 3 on the basis of the contents of the display memory 8. During this operation, the CPU 6 transfers the program, with which document edition is executed, from the FDD 2 to a program memory according to the program of the system memory 2. Thus, since the picture information to bedesired by a user can be displayed when the program rises up, the user can feel the waiting time is short.
