Abstract: En la técnica anterior, solamente el caso donde el contacto se hace en la cara de flanco de enchufado 31B se estima y por lo tanto, la técnica anterior tiene el inconveniente de que cuando una carga muy concentrada actúa sobre la cara de flanco de carga 30P de la porción roscada en el lado de extremo de tubería de extremo macho, la carga concentrada no se puede disminuir. En una junta premium, un cambio de paso se hace de tal manera que un paso de rosca internamente 20B tiene el mismo valor que un paso de rosca externamente 20P desde una porción de extremo de rosca en un lado extremo de la unión hembra 1 hasta una posición de cambio de paso (PCP) tomada en un lado central de unión hembra con respecto a una posición alejada de la porción de extremo de rosca por 1/2 de toda la longitud de la porción roscada, y el paso de rosca internamente se cambia a un valor menor que el paso de rosca externamente en la posición de cambio de paso (PCP) de modo que un espacio de rosca 10 se disminuye gradualmente desde la posición de cambio de paso a una posición (PCP) de la porción de extremo de rosca en el lado central de unión hembra, y el espacio de rosca se establece finalmente en un valor que es 0.2 a 0.8 veces tan grande como el espacio de rosca 10 antes de que se hace el cambio de paso.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pipe screw coupling that has increased sealing properties, compression resistance, and galling resistance. Specifically, the pin nose outer peripheral surface (30) forms a convex curve on the outside thereof in a cross section in the axial direction. Abstract: A welded steel pipe is formed by heating or soaking an untreated welded steel pipe having a steel composition containing, on the basis of mass percent: about 0.03% to about 0.2% C, about 2.0% or less of Si, not less than about 1.0% to about 1.5% Mn, about 0.1% or less of P, about 0.01% or less of S, about 1.0% or less of Cr, about 0.1% or less of Al, about 0.1% or less of Nb, about 0.1% or less of Ti, about 0.1% or less of V, and about 0.01% or less of N; and by reduction-rolling the treated steel pipe at a cumulative reduction rate of at least about 35% and a final rolling temperature of about 500 DEG C to about 900 DEG C. The welded steel pipe exhibits excellent hydroformability, i.e., has a tensile strength of at least about 590 MPa and an nxr product of at least about 0.22. The treated steel pipe is preferably reduction-rolled at a cumulative reduction rate of at least about 20% below the Ar3 transformation point.
