PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition for producing a porous film or sheet having excellent moisture permeability and improved flexibility and elastic recovery and the porous film or sheet having the excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition for a porous film or sheet comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer consisting essentially of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and (b) 50-400 pts.wt. of a filler. The porous film or sheet is obtained from the composition.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for producing a porous film or sheet excellent in moisture permeability and also in flexibility and elastic recovery, and provide a porous film or sheet excellent in above- mentioned characteristics. SOLUTION: This composition contains 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer (A) consisting of at least 50 wt.% component (a) comprising an aromatic vinyl compound/conjugated diene block copolymer and/or a hydrogenated diene polymer, and 0-50 wt.% other thermoplastic polymer (b) [the total of component (a) and component (b) being 100 wt.%], and 50-400 pts.wt. filler (B).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition molded article exhibiting excellent elasticity and having a very small permanent compression set. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition molded article is obtained by electron beam irradiation of a molded article mainly composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition which comprises an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (1) forming a matrix, and a crystalline polyethylene resin (2) and a conjugated diene block copolymer (3) forming a three-dimensional network structure in the matrix. The manufacturing method of the thermoplastic elastomer composition molded article comprises mixing the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (1), the crystalline polyethylene resin (2) and the conjugated diene block copolymer (3), subjecting the mixture to a dynamic thermal treatment to give the thermoplastic elastomer composition, molding the thermoplastic elastomer composition and subsequently irradiating the molded article with electron beams. SOLUTION: This weather strip is made of foam comprising an ethylene α-olefinic copolymer 1 and a crystalline polyethylene resin 2 with the thermoplastic elastomer composition of which the crystalline polyethylene resin 2 forms a three-dimensional network structure as a main component in a matrix made of the ethylene α-olefinic copolymer 1.

SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (a) an ethylene-α-olefin-based random copolymer, (b) an olefin resin, (c) a (meth) acrylate resin, (d) a hydrogenated diene-based polymer, and as necessary, (e) a softening agent, and at least the components (a) and (b) are dynamically heat-treated in the presence of a crosslinking agent. The molded product is obtained by using the elastomer composition.
