The hair cosmetic can improve combing and brushing properties and prevent loosening of hair due to drying of hair and provide gloss and smooth touch feeling to hair after using.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare a hair cosmetic preventing excessive evaporation of water when blowing hot air on hair with a dryer, suppressing damage with a brush, providing hair with luster and a moist feeling, having dry touch, capable of retaining a set style.
