Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face mask having a flat shape adapted to be three-dimensional shape fitted to the roughness of the face.
SOLUTION: The face mask 10 has the flat shape so that steam generated by the heat of oxidation reaction of an exothermic body 12 is applied to the face. The face mask 10 has a pair of inverted V-shaped valley fold lines 18 corresponding to the outline of the nose at a part corresponding to the nose. Preferably, a part corresponding to the ridge of the nose has an mountain fold line 19. Further preferably, before use, the face mask 10 is valley folded along the pair of inverted V-shaped valley fold lines 18 and mountain folded along the mountain fold line 19 so that the surface opposing the face is positioned on the inside, and folded into a flat shape.
