A sensor module includes a sensor configured to sense gas in air, a load resistor connected to the sensor, and a processor configured to determine a gas concentration of the gas in the air based on an internal resistor of the sensor and the load resistor. The processor is configured to obtain an electrical conductivity change amount of the sensor and adjust a load resistance value of the load resistor based on the electrical conductivity change amount.

A nozzle for a cleaner includes a nozzle housing that has a suction flow path that allows air containing dust to flow therethrough. The nozzle also includes a driving device including a driving motor. Further the nozzle includes a rotation cleaning unit including a rotation plate which is connected to the driving device at a lower side of the nozzle housing. The nozzle also includes a mop attached to a lower side of the rotation plate. In addition, the nozzle includes a water tank mounted on an upper side of the nozzle housing and configured to store water. The water tank is separable from the nozzle housing. An upper side wall of the water tank forms an upper surface of the nozzle when the water tank is mounted on the nozzle housing, and a portion of a bottom wall of the water tank is configured to surround the driving device.

A co-rotating scroll compressor is provided in which pressure differences between inner and outer portions of a suction chamber are maintained, back pressures are applied to rear surfaces of end plates of a drive scroll and a driven scroll in directions in which the two scrolls are moved toward each other to prevent compression leakage of a fluid, and a lubricant oil is easily supplied to the two scrolls using the back pressures. The co-rotating scroll compressor may include pressure seals between the rear surfaces of the end plates of the drive scroll and the driven scroll and an inner wall of the suction chamber such that the two scrolls are pressed in directions to be moved toward each other by the back pressures, and the oil is supplied to rotary supports and close contact portions of the two scrolls using the back pressures.

The air conditioner may include a plurality of units including an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, the plurality of units being distributed at a plurality of layers or levels or floors in a building; and a controller configured to monitor and control the plurality of units. The controller and the plurality of units may include a communication unit configured to transmit/receive data in a wireless communication scheme, respectively. One of the plurality of units may be configured as a master node, and remaining units except for the unit configured as the master node may be configured as slave nodes, respectively, so that the slave node stores information on an upper parent node and a lower child node in a routing table to transmit data.

Disclosed herein are a washing machine that is capable of having a reduced washing time and improved washing performance, and a method of controlling the same. The washing machine includes a tub accommodating wash water, a drum rotatably arranged in the tub and accommodating laundry, a drive unit for rotating the drum, a water supply unit for adjusting an inflow of the wash water, and a control unit, wherein the control unit drives the drive unit and detects an amount of the laundry so as to set a target water level, controls the water supply unit to supply the wash water into the tub such that the wash water is lower than the target water level, drives the drive unit to accelerate the drum at a rotational speed, and controls the water supply unit to supply the wash water into the tub until the target water level.

The method may include injecting first impurity ions at a first surface of a substrate by using a first ion implantation method to form a first impurity region, the substrate having a first conductivity type and the first impurity ions having a second conductivity type, and the first impurity region having the second conductivity type; heating the substrate with the first impurity region to activate the first impurity region to form an emitter region from the first impurity region; etching the emitter region from a surface of the emitter region to a predetermined depth to form an emitter part from the emitter region; and forming a first electrode on the emitter part to connect to the emitter part and a second electrode on a second surface of the substrate to connect to the second surface of the substrate.

Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for setting a link for Wi-Fi Direct P2P communication and a device for the same, the method comprising the steps of: discovering, by a STA, whether a joinable WFD communication group exists; and setting, by the STA which discovered a new WFD target, a link for joining into a joinable WFD group if the joinable WFD group exists.
