Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a vibration isolation device for a vibration generating device which prevents the transmission of vibration and noise of a finished article such as a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A vibrationproof device is equipped with a vibration generating device 20, installation leg 21, rubber grommet 22 as damping material, and damping rubber 23, and the installation leg 21 is installed at the edge of the vibration generating device 20, and installed on a base plate through the damping material. The damping material is constituted by combining the rubber grommet 22 and the damping rubber 23 made of silicone rubber of butyl rubber which is nonelastic.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To damp the pressure pulsation due to a suction reed and reduce the noise or vibration by providing a low-pressure chamber near the compression chamber of a cylinder and communicating a suction muffler and the low- temperature chamber with a communicating hole provided near the suction port of a valve plate. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 18 forming a compression chamber is blocked with a valve plate 14. A suction port 15 is provided on the valve plate 14, and a suction muffler 11 is communicated to the cylinder 18 via this suction port 15. The cylinder 18 forms a recess opened to the valve plate 14 side and forms a low-pressure chamber 18a together with the valve plate 14 in this constitution. The low-pressure chamber 18a is communicated to the suction hole 13 of a cylinder head 5 and the communication section 12 of the suction muffler 11 via a communicating hole 20. The pressure pulsation due to the movement of a suction reed 17 is thereby damped with the low-pressure chamber 18a, and the movement of the suction reed 17 is smoothed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce cost and simplify assemblage by giving a guide function serving as a guide pin to the front end of a bolt for fixing a valve mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Mounting bolts 17 are mounted on the cylinder head cover 12 side and a gasket 13, a discharge valve 14, a valve plate 15 and an intake valve 16 are previously assembled. By tightening the mounting bolts 17 can be inserted fixedly the front end guide projections 17' of bolts 17 in screw holes 23 provided in the cylinder 11 to facilitate the assemblage to the cylinder 11. The mounting bolt 17 is formed on the front end integrally with a guide projection 17' so that a locating guide pin and the guide pin inserting operation are dispensed with, and the cost reduction and the simplified assemblage can be attained.
