Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inverse input torque from an output member, and to reduce driving torque of a motor, in a power transmission device for preventing inverse input applied to the output member from being transmitted to an input member, by transmitting rotation of the input member to the output member with the motor as a driving source. SOLUTION: The input member 3 is rotated by driving of the motor 1, and after moving a clutch disc 13 in the axial direction up to an engagement releasing position by an advancing cam means 18 incorporated between its input member 3 and the clutch disc 13, the output member 7 is rotated together with the clutch disc 13. Rotation of an output gear 7a of the output member 7 is transmitted to a driven gear 10 by reducing a speed, and the inverse input torque transmitted to the output member 7 from the driven gear 10 is reduced. Rotation of a pinion 4 arranged on a rotary shaft 2 of the motor 1 is also transmitted to an input gear 3a of the input member 3 by reducing a speed, and driving torque of the motor 1 is reduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse input shutting-off clutch having an input gear and an output gear and capable of dispensing with machining of a key groove and a spline. SOLUTION: An input shaft 1 having the input gear 21 at the outer periphery and an output shaft 2 having the output gear 22 at the outer periphery are arranged on the same axis, and an outer ring 3 covering opposing end parts of both shafts is fixedly arranged. A torque transmission means 8 is provided between the input shaft 1 and the output shaft 2. Engaging pieces 16, 17 are assembled between the outer ring 3 and the output shaft 2 and are engaged with the inner periphery of the outer ring 3 and the outer periphery of the output shaft 2 when rotation torque is inputted into the output shaft 2 to lock the output shaft 2 and prevent rotation torque from being transmitted to the input shaft 1. Each of the input gear 21 on the input shaft 1 and the output gear 22 on the output shaft 2 is integrally formed on corresponding shafts to dispense with machining of the key groove and the spline. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw for an actuator, fitting a screw shaft in a simple fitting structure in a compact space even when the position of a rotating shaft of a driven member is fixed. SOLUTION: A nut 2 engaged with a screw shaft 1 of the ball screw to make linear motion is provided with a pair of connecting parts 3 having a U-shaped groove 3a opened to the outside diameter side and opposite to the screw shaft 1 at right angles. A connecting pin 4 to which a link 5 as a driven member is connected is stretched over the U-shaped groove 3a, and both end parts provided with parallel slide surface 4a formed by double corner rounding are slidably fitted in each U-shaped groove 3a, whereby even if the rotating shaft of the driven member is fixed, the ball screw for an actuator can be fitted in a simple fitting structure in a compact space without rocking the screw shaft 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric linear actuator capable of alleviating an impact load at the time of an abnormal operation and inhibiting a supporting shaft and a link from causing seizure at a contact section even if a ball screw makes an overrun. SOLUTION: This electric linear actuator includes an electric motor 5, a ball screw 3 comprising a screw shaft 7 connected to this motor 5 and supported relatively rotatably to the housing 4 and immovably in the axial direction, a nut 8 having a supporting shaft 12 on the outer periphery for supporting a link 2 at one end and a large number of balls 9 stored in grooves between the screw shaft 7 and the nut 8 to convert the rotating motion of the electric motor 5 into the axial motion and cause the link 2 connected via the supporting shaft 12 to make swinging motion. By interposing an elastic body 20 for cushioning in the contact section of the support shaft 12 and the link 2, an impact transmitted to the supporting shaft 12 from the link 2 side is alleviated and load transmitted to bearings 10, 11 supporting the ball screw 3 and the screw shaft 7 is alleviated. SOLUTION: This reverse input cut-off clutch comprises input and output shafts 22, 23; a fixed outer ring 21; a locking means comprising a roller provided in a freely engaged/detached manner between the fixed outer ring 21 and the output shaft 23, and an elastic member for energizing the roller in a direction to be engaged between the fixed outer ring 21 and the output shaft 23, and locking the output shaft 23 to reverse input torque from the output shaft 23 while releasing a locked state to rotational torque from the input shaft 22; and the torque transmission means provided between the input and output shafts 22, 23 to transmit the rotational torque from the input shaft 22 to the output shaft 23 in a lock release state. The torque transmission means 45 is composed of the pin 28 radially projecting toward the input shaft 22 from the output shaft 23, and the recessed groove 27 formed in the input shaft 22 along an axial direction to fit the pin 28 therein and engaged with the pin 28 when transmitting torque. The radial angle θ of an engaging face 27a of the recessed groove 27 is set so that the outer peripheral surface 28a of the pin 28 and the engaging face 27a of the recessed groove 27 abut each other in a parallel state. SOLUTION: The reverse input shutting-off clutch is constituted in such a way that: an input shaft 2 in which rotation torque is inputted, and an output shaft 3 for outputting rotation torque are stored in a fixed outer ring 1 whose rotation is restrained so as to rotate forward, freely reversely; a plurality of pairs of rollers 10a, 10b are provided between the fixed outer ring 1 and the output shaft 3 so as to engage and disengage; a plate spring 12 for energizing the rollers 10a, 10b on both sides in the direction for engaging them with the fixed outer ring 1 and the output shaft 3, respectively, is arranged between each pair of rollers 10a, 10b, the output shaft 3 is locked for reversely inputted torque from the output shaft 3 by engagement/disengagement of the rollers 10a, 10b; and a locked condition is released for input torque from the input shaft 2 to transmit the input torque to the output shaft 3. SOLUTION: A variable compression ratio device includes a rink train which consists of a plurality of links 21, 22 connecting a piston 14 reciprocating in a cylinder 12, a crank pin 17 of a crankshaft 16, a control shaft 23 of which rotary position is changed and retained by a drive part 33, and a control link 25 connecting the control shaft 3 and the link train, and changes piston stroke according to the rotary position of the control shaft 23. The clutch 43 shutting off reverse input from the control shaft 23 to the drive part 33 is put in a power transmission route from the drive part 33 to the control shaft 23. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive deflector-type ball screw having improved reliability while improving the rigidity of arms on a deflector member and securing the positioning accuracy and fixing force of the deflector member relative to a nut. SOLUTION: The deflector-type ball screw comprises the deflector member 5 fitted to a deflector window 6 formed in a shell portion of the nut 3 and having a connection groove 5a using a rolling passage as a circuit. The deflector member 5 is formed with MIM of a sintered alloy. The pair of arms 9 are protruded on both sides of the deflector member 5. The arms 9 each have an approximately circular cross section corresponding to the groove curvature of a screw groove 3a of the nut 3, and they are engaged with the screw groove 3a and positioned. Ends 9a of the arms 9 are formed to be convex. So, the deflector member 5 is stably positioned on the nut 3 without interrupting the smooth rotating motion of the deflector-type ball screw 1, and the ends 9a of the arms 9 have smooth contact with the screw groove 3a to surely prevent edge contact. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece type ball screw comprising a piece member reducing vibration when balls pass through a piece member, and improved in silence. SOLUTION: In this piece type ball screw comprising a screw shaft 1 formed with a spiral thread groove 2 on its outer peripheral face, a nut 3 externally fitted to the screw shaft 1 and formed with a spiral thread groove on its inner peripheral face, a plurality of balls 5 stored between both thread grooves, and piece members 7 fitted to piece windows 6 formed on the nut 3, and formed with connection grooves 8 for connecting the thread grooves 4, a central track of the connection groove 8 in the piece member 7 is composed of a continuous curved line, and the axial moving quantity Δa and the radial moving quantity Δr of the balls in the piece member 7 are controlled to constant quantities. Thus the difference in revolving speeds of the balls 5 in the piece member 7 can be substantially eliminated, vibration can be reduced when the balls 5 pass through the piece member 7, and silence can be improved. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a release torque even if receiving a vibration load to a reverse input torque by a simple means. SOLUTION: The clutch comprises input/output shafts 22 and 23 where rotational torque is inputted/outputted, and a fixed outer ring 21 for constraining rotation. It comprises a lock means 44 which consists of rollers 30a and 30b provided, for engagement/disengagement, between the fixed outer ring 21 and the output shaft 23 and elastic members 42a and 42b which are provided between the rollers 30a and 30b to energize both in the direction for engagement between the fixed outer ring 21 and the output shaft 23, and locks the output shaft 23 for a reverse input torque from the output shaft 23 while releasing the locked state for the rotational torque from the input shaft 22. It also comprises a torque mission means 45 which is provided between the input/output shafts 22 and 23, to transmit the rotational torque from the input shaft 22 to the output shaft 23 when locking is released. A urea-based grease which is mixed with an organic molybdenum compound is sealed up between the fixed outer ring 21 and the output shaft 23 where the rollers 30a and 30b engage/disengage.
